For Chrissakes,

Don’t let this ill-intentioned woman get away, using some obscure technicalities. Let her have a fair trial, and let her peers decide her fate. Please.

BTW, can someone please explain to me what all this means? Does the evidence being “thrown away” mean that her “interrogation tools” (the bibbie gun, pepper spray, knife, etc.) that were seized in the car will all be deemed inadmissible in court?

This ruling sounds very strange. The kinds of tactices used in the Nowak interrogation are SOP by police everywhere.

How does the fact that she chose to drive 13 straight hours to commit an assault mean that she was under duress and not responsible for what she said? It’s absurd.

I think the judge detects a big pay-day if he can cut her enough slack to get her off. I smell an OPRAH INTERVIEW and book deal!!!
