It ties in, a smidge, with the unpersuasive argument for Inspectors General being independent and wonderful, as in the case of Blackwater -related "Kooky" Crumbles and his oversight site investigation in Iraq What can be done, or undone, about the State Department having overstepped it's authority in granting immunity to independent contractors in Iraq? p.s. I would also like to know more about 'Sibel', and why she has been silenced, as relayed here.
