This is the point of statutory rape. While consensual, one party does not have the capacity to consent." What is intriguing about this is that it is well acknowledged that females mature at least 2 years ahead of males, this includes emotional, socially and psychological maturity. The other thing is that young females who partake in criminal activity, drinking, drugs or theft do get charged with committing a criminal offense. The kid is trailer trash just like the rest of her family. No sum of money will change that as the antics of her ilk keep demonstrating every other week. She is no different that the slew of less affluent 15-16 year old W.T. girls who are knocked up by their much older, and technically adult, boyfriends every other day all over this nation. It isn't worth prosecuting these people just to add to already over crowded prisons. All we can hope for is legislation that allows doctors to pull out the reproductive organs of people like this so they can't keep breeding and spreading their classless seed beyond their doublewides.
