As always Professor Turley, a great article... One point of clarification though, Edison did not win both battles. While alternating current was adopted as the standard for execution, it also was adopted as the worldwide standard for electrical power transmission beating out Edison's direct current standard which was not easily scalable and suffered high line losses in transmission from the generator to the end user.

In this case, Westinghouse had the last laugh as Edison's promotion of AC for executions only served to make Westinghouse's AC system more well known proving that there is no such thing as bad publicity.

Your argument falls completely apart with the use of Frederick Leuchter in the electric chair section. He was discredited in the Florida trial and is not a reliable source for information. Of course, the two expert witnesses who were accredited in the FL trial are alive and available, but they wouldn't have given you the dramatic imagery or supported your case either.

Bad research doesn't prove anything. Perhaps the rest of the article is good, perhaps it isn't, but I stopped reading at the electric chair section because I knew that you were saying white is blue.
