		<description>It&#039;s too bad about the boys. I don&#039;t think the zoo is completely responsible for what happened. While there may be a case for neglect on the part of the zoo, the boys acted extremely foolishly and without regard for their own safety.

Will there also be litigation taking place towards to the parties that sold them the pot and vodka?  It certainly seems that lots of parties are responsible for this sad event. It would appear to me that the person or persons that sold the vodka and pot to the boys have to be brought to justice.</description>

		<description>What about the Bengal tiger that jumped out of the same enclosure in the 60&#039;s? He just paced inside the short fence before jumping back in the habitat. The moat was filled with water for the remainder of his stay to prevent him from a repeat performance, but was drained after he was relocated.</description>
