It appears as if they reviewed the wills, trusts and estates section because two key test takers had flunked that part with an eye toward throwing it out. Their solution doesn't make any sense.

Requesting a regrading is not allowed by order of, you guessed it, the South Carolina Supreme Court:

Supreme Court Amends Rule 402, SCACR

The Supreme Court of South Carolina has amended Rule 402, SCACR, to delete the provisions allowing applicants to review and seek re-grading of their examinations. This change is effective June 1, 2007, and applies to all bar examinations conducted after that date.

So all scores are final? errr well maybe not if you (or a blood relative) are politically well connected.

[...] State prosecutors apparently take great exception to inmates who succeed in their efforts to seek legal relief. For that matter, success as a lawyer in South Carolina appears to be completely immaterial to one’s advancement. Recently, the South Carolina Supreme Court ordered that the bar allow 20 individuals to be sworn in as lawyers despite the fact that they failed the bar exam and thus could not prove that they were competent to represent clients. To make matters worse, two of those people were the daughters of two powerful bar members: S.C. House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Harrison, R-Richland, and longtime Circuit Judge Paul Burch of Pageland. Both men admit that they contacted court officials after learning that their daughters had flunked. For that story, click here. [...]

[...] South Carolina Supreme Court Allows 20 People Who Flunked Bar to Pass — Including Children of Powe... (by Jonathan Turley) In a positively mind-blowing decision, the South Carolina Supreme Court decided to allow 20 people who flunked the bar to become lawyers rather than inform one individual that he had been incorrectly told that he had passed… [T]wo of those [twenty] people were the daughters of two powerful bar members: S.C. House Judiciary Committee chairman Jim Harrison, R-Richland, and longtime Circuit Judge Paul Burch of Pageland. Both men admit that they contacted court officials after learning that their daughters had flunked. Is anyone else reminded of the 2000 election? [...]
