But you should know Puddles is more likely to file an amicus curiae brief than a writ for cert, even though he is very familiar with
the required “the rule of four”.

no mean accomplishment: to generate a 8-1 court nowadays!

If “Puddles” went up there, undoubtedly it would be a 9-0 court in favor of whatever Puddles federal claim was.
