		<description><![CDATA[YIKES.  This looks to be shaping up as another &quot;he said, she said&quot; case, where it is very difficult, if not impossible, to prove if anyone in fact did anything.  From what I have seen happen in these cases, the accused (in this case, Lowe) has the burden of proving that he DIDN&#039;T do what he&#039;s accused of doing.  There&#039;s also the problem of the rush to judgment, as we saw in the Duke Lacrosse case, and the tendency of quite a few to presume guilt instead of innocence until PROVEN guilty.  After the Duke case, I hope that people won&#039;t be so quick to judge Lowe until ALL the facts are known.  Right now, I haven&#039;t seen much, other than accusations flying back and forth.]]></description>
