Known on the Internet only as “Soulja Girl” after she appeared in the video below on a train attacking an elderly lady, the police have now arrested Nafiza Ziyad, 25. She is facing charges of simple assault and two counts of disorderly conduct.
Thee video shocked many as Ziyad verbally abused and threatened a frightened elderly women. It is shocking how long it look for anyone to even try to intervene. On the video, she refers to herself as “Soulja Girl,” a moniker that became a sensation. Obviously, she is obviously a very disturbed woman, butl even if she is “off her meds,” it will not bar a criminal penalty (though it may mitigate the penalty).

I bet her phone is ringing off the hook with attorneys willing to work pro bono just to get their name in the paper. The poor old lady will end up on the short end of the crime – as usual.
