I think it would be less crazy to file a defamation suit on behalf of the German Shepherds who were harmed in the posting of this story.

I must say I’m impressed. This is a prestigious award winner in the “birthday wars”. This should cost quite a bit of money and it’s already made the newspapers!

I do feel sorry for the children who were left out and this is a tricky situation every time. I can’t imagine how to make it worse for every child involved than to take it to court. Kindness would have been the solution here.
