Doctor Moreau’s Island Paradise: Hawaiian Tenants Claims Landlord Used Them For Medical Experiments

And you think your landlord is the pits. In Kalihi, Hawaii, officials shutdown a collapsing building only to hear from tenants that they were allegedly subjected to medical experiments by their landlord, ex-licensed chiropractor Daniel Cunningham.

Cunningham has accumulated thousands in building fines, but still protested when his building was being closed and object that “For what I’ve tried to do for these people it’s very hurtful.” What he did for them is now the subject of a separate investigation.

Several tenants said Cunningham forced them to be subjects of his medical experiments, including shots to their eyes. Cunningham lost his chiropractor’s license in 1996 for injecting patients. He recently claimed to have invented a stem cell treatment that extends life indefinitely. It seems that most of the tenants would have preferred running water and stable shelter.

Where do these idiots come from? Is there a chiropractic school for maniacs somewhere? Your Dr. Morea analogy seems very appropriate. Just the thought of a shot to my eye gives me a migraine. Let’s hope this guy is off the streets for awhile.
