		<description><![CDATA[It seems reasonable to assume that this woman is unlikely to murder anyone again, except another child whom she might have.  Would it be constitutional to have made her not having another child a condition of the plea bargain?  Or a condition of probation?  If she does have another child, could the state take the baby from her to protect it, solely on the basis of her having murdered her previous child?]]></description>
