It seems the judge felt too overworked to put any thought or effort into the case before him. While I don't have personal experience with Timothy Ellender, one of my former associates did . . . and ol' Tim had this coming. And I bet a dollar Mrs. Warren is black too, although I found no direct mention of it. This guy is a racist clown of the first order. There are a lot of judges in Louisiana just like him. Excellent!
