Calling Off Loveday: Woman Arrested for Assaulting and Biting Marriage Mediator at Courthouse

elizabeth+loveday
Elizabeth Loveday, 38, of Portsmouth, New Hampshire is someone in dire need of a divorce. Loveday was arrested outside of a courthouse after shoving court-ordered marriage mediator and then biting the woman’s forearm in an effort to assault her estranged husband.

Just before the violence, Loveday allegedly screamed “I will kill you” at her estranged husband. The incident was captured on court surveillance. She is now facing two counts of simple assault, criminal threatening and violating a protective order. Further marriage counseling seems out of the question at this point.

She needs to take lesson from Hillary. Heck put her in the Army to serve her tour of duty. Nah, I am sure I represented her sister, as a matter of fact it was her sister that bit me.

You know what they say, Hell hath no furry like a pissed queen. Thats part of the don’t ask don’t tell policy.

Now if she had only done the biting during the course of the formal mediation proceedings, the incident might have been privileged. Timing is everything.

I think a divorce is necessary in this situation along with an order of protection.

Hi, my name is Roger and I know Elizabeth Loveday personally. We were boyfriend and girlfriend for a number of years. I can honestly say that she is the nicest, sweetest person you could ever hope to meet. If she in fact behaved this way, I am sure she was driven to it by her husband. It worries me to read about this and it doesn’t do her justice. She is a beautiful, intelligent, sensitive, understanding person and this is totally out of character for her. I am certain there are a lot of details missing from this story.
