NY Times: “Updated, 12:45 p.m. | Bernard B. Kerik, a former New York police commissioner, pleaded guilty to eight felonies in a Federal District Court in White Plains on Thursday morning. Mr. Kerik, who will be sentenced in February, faces 27 to 33 months in prison.”

We must never forget that Kerik was Rudy Giuliani’s Police Commissioner, close friend, security firm business partner and an all around corrupt and slimy individual. With all those personal failings, he is still a better person than Rudy Giuliani ever was. It’s good to keep in mind lest Mr. G ever get to run for anything again.
