However much Professor Turley dumps on the Ex-Mayor, and no matter how despicable the guy is, he still has a point, and the is one of attorney client privilege.
If something MY attorney did got me in trouble with the law, it wouldn’t make any jurisprudencial difference whether I was guilty or not, the attorney breached the privilege, which part and parcel of the contract of legal representation.
The bad guy is right here.

Actually this case was already addresses by this site when all of the attorneys were grieved by the attorney grievance administrator. Kwame K is a self indulgent creep son of Carolyn K a Rep that lost because of her son. She does give a new definition to dumb herself.

This attorneys problem is that he violated an order by the judge. He should be held in contempt.

I am unsure about a lot of things but he is in violation of the Rules of Professional Responsibility regarding client confidences. The only times that this can be revealed in 1) by consent;or 2) if a future crime is to be committed;and 3) others things.

I do think the attorney has some issues to deal with and I do not presume this will be a slam dunk issue.
