    there was a big black bee sporting hairy yellow stripes
    sitting on my black-panted leg!
    i thought twice.
    out the door, picked up a leaf
    scooped it off and set bee free!
    mercy me.

    scary thing, kinda.

    then there’s my kid’s essay…
