How Not to Cut a Tree Down

I just saw this video. This is how you remove an unwanted tree and a wanted porch at one time.

I can just hear his wife saying, “I told you to hire a company, but nooooo . . . “

This guy can insist that he is not the only timber-challenged husband . . .

In this case, the company said that it was told that the house would be demolished so it could not resist . . .

Then again, there are some near misses . . .

    Byron,

I think if I remember correctly this happened in Livingston County Michigan. The only damage was to the porch and the wife was not amused.

Ever logger knows that you must first ‘talk to the trees’ to “move” them…

Like George Carlin would say, it if misses, it’s not a near miss, it’s a near HIT!
