Houston Man Hits Stranded Motorist and Then Drives Away With Dead Man in Passenger Seat

A Houston driver appears to have an instant solution to satisfying HOV requirements — after hitting a stranded motorist, the driver allegedly continued to drive with the dead victim in the passenger seat next to him.

The driver’s car had broken down and he was crossing the interstate when he was hit by a Mazda. The victim went through the window and landed in the passenger seat. The accident occurred at 12:30 a.m. and the driver reportedly was pulled over later . . . with the dead man still in the seat. Police said that he told them that he thought he might of hit something on the Interstate.

This is not the first time a victim was driving away from an accident (here and here). I will assume given the statement and the time that alcohol is involved, but there is not yet a full report.

  1. There is actually a movie called “stuck” about a similar story. Woman hits homeless man and drives home.

  2. You guys are just sick and twisted- one of the reasons I really enjoy visiting this site 🙂

WTF is wrong with people? I guess the Professor found another one of the possible 10% of the citizenry that’s sociopathic.

  3. I am guessing that this guy might have been a little bit drunk! I guess if you have the victim in your car, you never left the scene of the accident. You just brought the scene with you.
