Japanese researchers can finally claim to have invented a device that has left their colleagues speechless. Kazutaka Kurihara of the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, and Koji Tsukada of Ochanomizu University, have created a “SpeechJammer” gun that can silence people by sending back their words to them to confuse their cognitive processes. I really need to get one of these for faculty meetings.
Here is how it works. The device records a person’s words and then fires it back at them with a 0.2-second delay. This derails the brain’s cognitive processes and causes speakers to stutter before silencing them completely. That has led to a concern that these mad Japanese scientists secretly experimented on Rick Perry during the prior GOP debates. The problem is that no one appears able to ask them the question.
The research is built on past use of a delayed auditory feedback (DAF) device used to help stutterers. If a stutterer hears his own voice at a slight delay, stuttering often improves. However, the same device on a non-stutterer produces stuttering.
One piece of good news for Perry and others is that the device cannot stop “meaningless sounds,” such as “ahhh.” That leaves most teenage speech, for example, intact.
The new device would appear this holiday’s must-buy item for the dictator that has everything. The scientists proclaimed “We utilized DAF to develop a device that can jam remote physically unimpaired people’s speech whether they want it or not.” Just in time for Vlad Putin’s return.

The only thing missing is that the audio output is not audible to anybody else in the room. It uses American Inventor Woody Norris’ Sound Projector. It is a ultrasonic hetrodyne device which implants the sound in the middle of your head. So its not really like echo-effect from a PA system. Walmart is using the sound projector in Texas test stores. The US Navy uses it to privately hail a boat. As usual they are stealing our technology and not giving US credit. Notice it uses laser pointer for aiming the 2 beams.

My premise is that the world is not as we are propagandized into believing.
The amusing part is their use of institutions as instruments of power and cover for some deeds. These institutions have not only clay feet but dumb ineffectual heads and policies in place, in fact in opposition to their mission statments and special budgets from Congress (am thinking especially CIA).
What is the structure of their control? Only one of many questions.
Have you read the Cold Six Thousand? It is a thriller, but contains a reasonalble mirror of what can have happened re JFK, RFK, MLKjr. Particularly the involvement in that HW Bush billionaire friend who shared the JFK turkey shoot day with HW, is or was the head of the NG reserve intelligence unit with unclear FBI and milint connnections.
True? who knows. But it’s those contacts that may be vital to them.

I don’t know from shit, but one thing seems clear to me.
However much power the Bushs have, they are sharing with others.
How it’s organized, how the interests interlock, are balanced, contest between nationstates and corporations, etc, etc.
And most if not all is hidden from the public. We’ve seen the world changed. How did it happen?
