Well, my friends, we are down to the last day in the annual competition for top blog with the ABA Journal. We stand here like nerdy bloggers on the eve of the Battle of Agincourt. I think it took my vote but I suspect that they are prejudiced against dogs voting and my vote did not get counted. There was some hoop jumping.

You have my vote, professor. May I offer a suggestion to improve comment flow? Update the commenting to one that allows a more conversational structure. It’s difficult to directly reply to comments currently.

My sister worked @ Choate and had a house on campus. My mom was nanny for her 2 granddaughters. Mom was old school and had to be trained by my somewhat patient sister not to call the Asian students “Chinamen.”
I thought the Chinese bombed pearl Harbor, all those Chinamen look alike.
