“Next Time We See Him, We Might Have To Kill Him!”: Trump Supporter Unapologetic After Assault On Protester

rally11n-1-copyWe often discuss how defendants undermine their cases with statements to the press or on social media. The latest example is John McGraw, 78, who assaulted a protester, 26-year-old Rakeem Jones, at a Donald Trump rally in North Carolina. Despite already being in hot water over the disgraceful attack, McGraw told Inside Edition “Next time we see him, we might have to kill him!” That should make for an interesting sentencing hearing.

McGraw appears quite proud of being a thug. He added “We don’t know who he is. He might be with a terrorist organization.” Well, that assumption is more likely to be made to the guy who violently attacked someone who was protesting a presidential candidate.

The attack was not only criminal but cowardly. Jones was being escorted out and McGraw sucker punched him. He then bragged on television: “You bet I liked it . . . Knocking the hell out of the big mouth.”

McGraw, a retired horse handler and artist, is now charged him with assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Given his lack of remorse and subsequent implied threat, the court should impose the maximum penalty. I cannot imagine a fair sentencing that would not include jail time given McGraw’s behavior and post-arrest statements.

  1. @ Paul

According to the law and Mr. Turley you are most definitely a thug. Here are Mr. Turley’s words used to describe the same actions by John McGraw, the conservative criminal in question:

“McGraw appears quite proud of being a thug” – its almost like you two are twins

“The attack was not only criminal but cowardly” – something you are now bragging about

“McGraw, a retired horse handler and artist, is now charged him with assault and battery and disorderly conduct. Given his lack of remorse and subsequent implied threat, the court should impose the maximum penalty. I cannot imagine a fair sentencing that would not include jail time given McGraw’s behavior and post-arrest statements”

According to Mr. Turley, you are a cowardly criminal who should be jailed. Your Nixon like protests notwithstanding (WAAAAAAAH! WAAAAAAAAH I didn’t start it) do not apply in law. Your response to your own personal lawless, cowardly, criminal acts will likely be to attack me, liberals, etc…….. Whatever you do, doubt you will “man up” and take responsibility.

The most fascinating part of this is to see first hand the arrogance, incredible sense of entitlement, lawless thuggery and lack of responsibility to American laws displayed by current conservatives who claim to be patriotic.

    1. Bill W – as usual you sling mud hoping some will stick. According to you, Mr. Turley and the law agree that Mr. McGraw and I are thugs. There is no legal definition of thug. It is not against the law to be a thug even if we both were one.

My crime, if there was one, is way past the statute of limitations. However, I plead self-defense.

The most fascinating part of this is to see first hand the arrogance, incredible sense of entitlement, lawless thuggery and lack of responsibility to American laws displayed by current conservatives who claim to be patriotic.

This para has nothing to do with the discussion at hand. It is blather.

So the bombings by Bill Ayers of federal installations in the 1960s and 70s are irrelevant, but you repeatedly refer to Trump by the name his ancestors used in a foreign country in the 19th century? I realize it is St. Patrick’s Day, but aren’t you hitting the whiskey a bit early?

  3. @ Paul S – you are either an admitted lawless thug (that was you bragging earlier in the thread!) who should have been jailed or a Ben Carson type liar. Ayers, Hula Hoops, the 1960’s, etc……are as irrelevant as your posts.

Nazi comparisons should slow when Drumpf and his supporters at rallies stop doing the Nazi salute – and Nazi and KKK groups stop robo calling on Drumpfs behalf.

    @ Squeeky

Drumpf appears to be a coward. In Chicago, Drumpf had an open rally and ran away when he couldn’t speak ONLY in front of conservative/Nazi/KKK supporters. Neither local law enforcement nor event security suggested he cancel. Drumpf cancelled all on his own knowing that he and foolish supporters would be able to blame Sanders, Socialists, the press, etc…… and he could use that for future Nazi, KKK propaganda rallies.

To put Drumpf’s actions into Drumpf-speak – We need to build a wall around arenas where I speak. But it was beautiful the way I ran away. I tried to run the other day but instead hid behind Secret Service agents. Just an amazing act of American cowardice that will be unsurpassed by any other candidate. I want to make America a great running away country again. USA! USA! USA! Oh yea! And we are going to make Mexico pay for the wall around the arenas.

Drumpf is a TV pitchmen who is already calling for riots if he loses a brokered convention. The actions of a pathetic man with the expectation that his minions will fight his battles for him. Drumpf is unprepared and unqualified to lead our military, be president or do anything except license his name taking advantage of other peoples work – and occasionally put up a building when the taxpayers subsidize it.

    1. Bill W. – I grew up with 4 brothers. You do not allow yourself to be flipped off by anyone. I would have to have started it to be the thug.

  4. @Bill W

I have to apologize to you! I did not see your remark above about how you would treat all violent protesters the same, regardless of politics. I am very sorry for clobbering you in error. However, I reserve to right to insult you in the future should you need it!

    1. Bill W. – you say that one is either for or against hate and then you go on an ad hominem attack against Republicans. Seems you are for hate. Remember, first person to call someone a Nazi loses the argument.

  5. @Bill W

Have you ever considered a career in the WWF??? Because your ability to NOT see bad things right in front of your face could result in a very lucrative job as a referee! While you launch silly partisan shill canards at Republicans, you manage to overlook the greatest act of national thuggery since Ferguson and Baltimore, to wit, the fascist shutdown of the Trump rally in Chicago! If you want to wax eloquent about Brown Shirts, and the Nazis, start there!
