This is Erick A. Cox, 32, who was arrested for burying his boss with a bulldozer. Known as “Pork Chop,” Cox took this action after arguing this his 57-year-old boss at the construction site of a new Walmart in DeBary, Florida.
Police say that Cox started beating his boss. Unconscious, the boss was defenseless. Cox then got into a front-end loader and dropped a load of direct on his head. He then dumped a second load — covering half of this body.
The boss survived and Cox was charged with aggravated battery.

Bulldozers don’t kill people. Deranged maniacs driving them do (or try to.)
Bam Bam is right. Dumping a load from a bulldozer or backhoe was not an attempt to batter someone; it was an attempt to kill him. Thank God he didn’t run over him.
He should’ve been charged with attempted murder.
I think from the mugshot that Cox is still pi++ed. Whatever they were arguing about, it is still not over.
So does this mean Pork Chop won’t be getting a Christmas bonus this year? Damn!
