Clinton Campaign Accused Of Knowing About Weinstein Rape Allegations But Continuing His Use As Fundraiser

Hillary_Clinton_Testimony_to_House_Select_Committee_on_BenghaziActress Lena Dunham has gone public with an allegation that she warned Hillary Clinton’s campaign that Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein was a known rapist and saying that it was wrong to use him as a core fundraiser for Clinton.  Dunham accused Clinton campaign deputy communications manager Kristina Schake and Clinton campaign member spokeswoman Adrienne Elrod of being expressly warned about Weinstein.  Given the renewed questions over the treatment of women allegedly assaulted by Bill Clinton, the allegation fulfilled a perception of Clinton as claiming to fight for women while giving campaign interests priority in dealing with sex offenders within her inner circle.  Clinton is still haunted by her reference to women accusing her husband as “bimbo eruptions.”  Schake and Elrod have basically called Dunham a liar and said that she never made such a warning.

Dunham said that she first objected to Schake about Weinstein role in the campaign.  She said that she told her that “I just want you to let you know that Harvey’s a rapist and this is going to come out at some point. I think it’s a really bad idea for him to host fund-raisers and be involved because it’s an open secret in Hollywood that he has a problem with sexual assault.”  She said that Schake assured her that she would speak with campaign manager Robby Mook.

When there was no response, Dunham says that she went to Elrod with the same information.  Clinton campaign communications director Nick Merrill denies ever being told of such allegations as do Schake and Elrod.

  1. A Turley exposition about the allegation that Trey Gowdy of the House Oversight Committee is acting as Trump’s defense counsel?
It strikes me as a topic having greater relevance to a legal blog than fundraising for a campaign that ended
    more than a year ago.

    1. if I was getting hammered on all sides worse than the French/Spanish Fleet at Trafalgar I would also seek any excuse true or not including the weak ass excuse of relevance.
Strikes me you don’t understand the Nuremberg Defense is both a public admission of guilt combined with a plea for clemency.

Congratulations you just hung your heroine Hillary The Hag, her husband, and the DNC PRogressively Regressive Socialist Liberals in one two sentence ill considered rant

    1. If that’s clarification that means you back up the Nuremberg Defense of admitting guilt and plea for clemency. Anyone else want to jump on the convict Hillarybandwagon?

  2. Justice Ginsburg passes away. Hilary Clinton says to Donald Trump, Donald, I’d like to replace Justice Ginsburg. Donald Trump replies, very good Hilary, I’ll talk to the undertaker!

    1. Independent Bob – if you don’t mind, I am going to steal your joke. It is very funny. Thanks for the morning laugh.

  3. Back to the theme, I doubt that the Clinton campaigns knew about the Weinstein allegations.

    1. Given the high rate of ambushes the left has fallen for you might want to not jump out there wearing your foolscap Giving the first one then three then nine plus you might want to sit back and wait to find out is it documentation, tape, video tape? I would seriously doubt your auto reject like the one on Moore was worth the paper this didn’t get printed on.

The best part is the more you pick at the scabs the more blood YOU lose. Hillary is going down oe way or te other there is no statute of limitations

As for Alabama pray it’s a tie which would at last verified report from the AL elections commission 6667 to kick in the auto recount and audit and 9997 to tie. That was last Friday. They went dark pending the receivng of more absentee ballots which closed last Tuesday night and stated two to three weeks but hoped to have it done by Jan 3rd.

So now explaini why the left’s propaganda machine should not be subjeft to suit for printing or uttering false statements no matter who wins or loses. I find that much more interesting that the subject at hand since your knee jerk reaction has far less chance of coming true than Moore in a tie with Jones or … winning. but that would take three times 6667 (pending changes from the State election commission but that would not change the intentional false reporiting when the best available information had been provided.

  4. In looking at that ugly photo of Hillary. I gotta ask why Bill would have ever wanted to pork her to begin with?

    1. She was in some photo mag of some sort back when last of the first ladies but it took true professional photogs and makeup artists. Most of the ugly is whats creeping out from the ‘to the bone’ parts.

  5. Don’t ask me I don’t give a damn. Hillary’s in Vietnam!
And its five, six, seven , open up the Pearly Gates.
Ain’t no time to wonder why…
That ugly photo of her will make you cry.

  6. Impeach Hillary, and then go find out why the GOP and RNC are giving money to Roy Moore.

    1. Simple they wanted to get voted back into office, the evidence was not there on Moore and still isn’t and their greatest group of supporters turned up the heat. You don’t think RNC got themselves or Trump elected on their do you?

  7. I’m absolutely flummoxed and shocked beyond belief to learn that Hillary Clinton could possibly have any knowledge of anything improper whatsoever and remain silent about it, let alone cover it up and benefit from it.

However, I must disclose that I am shocked in a Claude Rains kind of way.

    1. Bless you Ralph, I love Casablanca, even if it was a little maudlin. Play it again, Sam.

  8. If Dunham’s statement is true, and I do not know at this time if it is, then she got to experience a taste of what it is like to accuse Hillary Clinton of wrongdoing and be attacked. Now, for the full experience of a conservative, she would have to have her Clinton loving relatives and friends call her a Nazi, a self hating woman, a racist, bigot, hater of the poor, science denier, and part of a conspiracy against HRC that involves the Klan. Then, and only then, will Ms Dunham have any real concept of what it has been like to be a conservative in any topic, and disagree with a policy of Obama’s or not support HRC.

The ad hominem attacks that pass for debate with hardcore Liberals nowadays are patently absurd, but universally accepted. This is because the hard Left supports Big Government, intolerance for opposing ideas, and the erosion of individual rights in order to create an all powerful government in charge of us for our own good. They have always felt this way, from the time of Progressive mandatory Eugenics and forced sterilization in our country. They have changed their support of certain issues, but as long as their core belief is a powerful dictatorial single party state Big Government with weak individual rights, then there is danger. If they abandon those principals, which ran so amuck with Fascism and Nazism, and simply support a weak central government, strong individual rights, and disagree about how best to have the best quality of life, then we will get somewhere. It is always fruitful to have opposing ideas. Dictatorships by definition quash opposition.

The core difference between Liberals and conservatives is whether or not we can achieve prosperity with high taxation and spending, as well as what are the core roles and rights of government and individual. I do not think that high taxes leads to prosperity. I do not believe that the government can deliver a comfortable, middle class lifestyle through welfare programs. I believe that unsustainable population growth through immigration will eventually lead to environmental catastrophe and the collapse of our resources. I do not think we are morally required to build out every square foot of land and give up all domestic farmland and open space in order to accommodate everyone in the world. I think the rate of immigration must be able to culturally assimilate. There is a consequence to importing too high a rate of people from non-Westernized parts of the world, who reject our values. There is a consequence when people circumvent the immigration system and avoid criminal background checks, or when we fail to impose the simple basic criteria of being law abiding to prospective immigration candidates. We are to be judged on the basis of our character and actions, and not our race, ethnicity, or religion. A healthy environment conducive to mammalian life must be conserved, and we must not outstrip our resources. Optimal atmosphere depends upon healthy photosynthetic life and the health of our water resources. This is my conservative catechism.

Government promised a safe, secure, free middle class lifestyle to the poor through benefit programs in exchange for votes. They got bullet riddled drug infested government housing projects and Section 8 housing blight, and children failing school. You cannot find prosperity through welfare, which only works as a temporary safety net. Vote for this paradigm all you like. Nirvana will never appear. If politicians like Sanders tell you that more socialization is the answer, well, look at how this experiment worked out for Venezuela. Look at how failure to accept election results and socialism is working out in Central America right now. Only a fool repeats an experiment expecting a different result.

A free republic does not exist in a single party state, where one party is above the law. Peter Strzok of the FBI changed the wording of Steve Comey’s summary of the Hillary Clinton investigation from “grossly negligent” which is a federal crime regardless of intent, to “extremely careless” which is not a crime. He interviewed Hillary Clinton, Cheryl Mills, and Huma Abedin, in which at least Cheryl and Huma lied to the FBI about their knowledge of Hillary’s personal server. He did not file charges against them for lying to the FBI. He opened the Russian collusion probe against Trump, when in fact, HRC actually took control of the DNC, conspired to steal the candidacy from Bernie Sanders, contracted with Fusion GPS, which works with and for the Russians, to get a fraudulent dossier on Trump to slander him in order to defraud the American public and try to get elected based on erroneous information. It was HRC who essentially sold 1/5 of US Uranium to Russia, while she got a hefty $145 million donation to her foundation and Bill got double he speaking fees. But it’s Trump he focused on. It was HRC who directed staff to take a hammer to their iPhones, Blackberries, and laptops to destroy evidence. It was HRC who used Bleachbit to wipe her server clean while under a subpoena. It was Strzok who interviewed Flynn and, contrary to his actions with Cheryl and Huma, filed charges for lying to the FBI. It was the NSA who illegally unmasked Flynn and others in the Trump team.

These are not the actions of a free republic where the law applies equally for all. This is how dictatorships rise without firing a shot. You install political operatives in the Supreme Court, NSA, FBI, IRS, EPA, DOJ, DOE…essentially you take control of the alphabet soup. You control education from preschool to graduate school. And then you start targeting political dissenters and anyone who criticizes the Single Party State. You harass conservative students, preferentially censor and punish their speech, deny them access to conservative speakers, and demonize them as evil subhumans. Your create a platform of class and race warfare, by victim profiteering. You segregate schools based on race, and the Jim Crow days of your party’s youth. You convince naive people that all of their problems are because of white men. You turn gender against gender, race against race. After all, you need someone to save. You take control of most of the media in order to create a State Propaganda Machine. If the election does not go your way, you riot in the street without a shred of irony. Your media propaganda will write articles on how fashionable Antifa is, in their black paramilitary garb, as they punch and kick and stab and burn because they do not think that democracy or political diversity is fair. And you even create more anti-semitism. You make BDS mainstream, openly call Israel an illegal occupier of their own capital, and ignore the fact that it is the only westernized nation in the Middle East. You support those who terrorize Jews and use moral equivalence between Jewish attempts to stave off terrorists with the terrorists themselves. You ignore that the Middle East uniformly rejected the original intent to make Jerusalem an international administrated protectorate. Jordan then encroached into East Jerusalem, and, true to extremist Islam, kicked out all Jews – both Nazi genocide survivors and those who had lived there for millennia. Although there have been many efforts over the centuries to persecute and drive out Jewish people, Jerusalem was a Jewish majority since the 1800s until Jordan took over half of it and claimed ownership. You ignore that we passed federal law in 1995 recognizing Jerusalem as the capital of Israel and resolving to relocate our embassy, and that every President since Clinton, Bush, and Obama merely exercised a waiver every 6 months to delay implementation, until Trump finally implemented our own law. That law was supported by Diane Feinstein, and many Democrats, who suddenly have amnesia. Now, the DNC is happily siding with those who are rioting and killing the world over, because we recognized our ally’s right to decide its own capital, just like France, the UK, Germany, and every other country decided for itself. The Middle East uniformly rejected the idea of making Jerusalem an international treasure open to all, and barred Jews. Therefore, that idea failed, and Israel decided to keep it as their capital. It is, after all, their holiest of cities, well documented throughout the Torah and Bible as being one of the most important sites to Judaism. No, when you are organizing a socialist coup from within, you have to become a dictator. And dictators do seem to uniformly go anti-semitic. One day, Jewish Progressive Democrats are going to find themselves in an existential identity crisis.

    1. T rump’s Putin rolls dat way. Threw some of his Jewish oligarchs into Siberia and some of da others were thrown from da buildings.

          1. I did not cut and paste any of my comment. Anytime I use a quote, I use quotation marks, and try to remember to leave a source.

            I’m just long winded.

            1. KarenS – FWIW –I always enjoy reading your thoughtful posts — even if I disagree with some of your points. Ignore Ken Doll — he’s like a blight on “da” blog — but what the hell – free speech reigns.

              1. Ken’s biography:

                “Narcissistic Personality Disorder”

“Individuals with this disorder exhibit a lack of ability to empathize with others and an inflated sense of self-importance.

                Definition

The hallmarks of Narcissistic Personality Disorder (NPD) are grandiosity, a lack of empathy for other people, and a need for admiration. People with this condition are frequently described as arrogant, self-centered, manipulative, and demanding. They may also concentrate on grandiose fantasies (e.g. their own success, beauty, brilliance) and may be convinced that they deserve special treatment. These characteristics typically begin in early adulthood and must be consistently evident in multiple contexts, such as at work and in relationships.

People with narcissistic personality disorder believe they are superior or special, and often try to associate with other people they believe are unique or gifted in some way. This association enhances their self-esteem, which is typically quite fragile underneath the surface. Individuals with NPD seek excessive admiration and attention in order to know that others think highly of them. Individuals with narcissistic personality disorder have difficulty tolerating criticism or defeat, and may be left feeling humiliated or empty when they experience an “injury” in the form of criticism or rejection.”

              2. Thanks Autumn. Of course everyone’s welcome to post their point of view. I have to laugh when I can brush off accusations of telling stories, but plagiarism!??? Never!

One of these days, I will learn how to find a point in 500 words or less.

          2. Gold star for Ken. He finally learned how to write the word the. I’m proud of you buddy. Now take your nap and when you wake up, we’ll work on shapes.

    2. Very articulate Karen, well done! It will undoubtedly read like a Grimm fairy tale to some; probably because your use of actual words, adult language and the scary truth that they are unable to comprehend.

      1. “scary truth” -There will always be amoral men like Oily who would have returned slaves as property to the “owners” if he had lived in pre-Civil War America.
Oily brags he is tied to neither party, reminiscent of Meghan McCain, who could not bring herself to vote for Trump. Instead she wrote in a candidate, as prescribed in the Russian-paid, on-line messages to voters, which guaranteed Trump’s win.

        1. There will always be amoral men like Oily who would have returned slaves as property to the “owners” if he had lived in pre-Civil War America.

Wow, you are in deep. Thank you for the opportunity to expose you for the socialist that you are.

By the way: Oily’s ok, but it’s Olly, as in OLLY. If you’re going to comment to me, I thought it would be helpful if you at least got one thing correct.

        2. Linda:

“There will always be amoral men like Oily who would have returned slaves as property to the “owners” if he had lived in pre-Civil War America.”

That was completely uncalled for, and not based upon anything that Olly has ever written in this blog. Really beyond the pale.

                1. No, they did not. Democrats have always been about repression and inequality. That’s why Detroit and Baltimore are they way they are. It’s a clever bait and switch you people use. Keep people of color poor and aggrieved and then run campaigns that fan the flames of the latter with promises to help the condition of the former. You clowns have been promising the same nonsense for generations. What’s changed is that we the people are catching on and you’re toast. I say that as a former left-wing Democrat and Green Party activist.

        3. Wow you’re out there. You think a bunck of write-in votes prompted by Russia is what determined the outcome in 2016? Precisely who were the Meghan McCain’s writing in on their ballot? You must have an answer since you and you alone have done what Mueller and $500,000 spent each week have been unable to accomplish.

          1. Andrew
Is a time machine slinging you back and forth through different decades?
            (1) Mueller hasn’t wrapped up his investigation. Last week he asked for the Deutsch bank records.
            (2) Facebook has acknowledged Russian-bought ads.

      1. Peter Thiel, who spoke at the Republican convention that nominated Trump, thanks you, Sally!!! Thiel described your right to vote as a woman as an oxymoron, when linked to capitalistic democracy.

    3. Karen’s selective memory is astounding- a shared affliction with Fox. How did “cultural assimilation” work for McVeigh, Root, and this year, the murderers in Las Vegas and Charlottesville?
After Karen looks south to Venezuela, she should pivot and look at the Scandinavian countries.
FYI to Karen-no law applies to what occurred within the Dem. Party between Bernie and Hillary. (And, Karen, of all people, should oppose that type of law since she’s a fan of small government/big oligarchy.)
After reading Karen’s novelty piece, I’m crying a river for the beleaguered richest 0.1% who want white supremacists, like Spencer, to peddle messages that belittle the mission of higher education institutions on the campuses themselves. Let’s invite people who oppose providing aid, to speak at the Red Cross.
Karen, check out ShareBlue, “250,000 jobs outsourced since Trump took office”, “Job growth slumped to 6 year low”.
But, I’m certain Karen’s stock portfolio is doing well while the people generating that revenue haven’t seen wage increases in 30 years, not since the oligarchy gained momentum.

      1. Linda, you have one recurring theme in your posts and that is your envy (disdain) of other people’s money. It poisons every view you have to the point you would empower government to take the property of others regardless of how they acquired it. Back to that pretzel writer, Frederic Bastiat and The Law: I believe he has quite accurately identified…you.

        How to Identify Legal Plunder
But how is this legal plunder to be identified? Quite simply. See if the law takes from some persons what belongs to them, and gives it to other persons to whom it does not belong. See if the law benefits one citizen at the expense of another by doing what the citizen himself cannot do without committing a crime.

Then abolish this law without delay, for it is not only an evil itself, but also it is a fertile source for further evils because it invites reprisals. If such a law — which may be an isolated case — is not abolished immediately, it will spread, multiply, and develop into a system.

The person who profits from this law will complain bitterly, defending his acquired rights. He will claim that the state is obligated to protect and encourage his particular industry; that this procedure enriches the state because the protected industry is thus able to spend more and to pay higher wages to the poor workingmen.

Do not listen to this sophistry by vested interests. The acceptance of these arguments will build legal plunder into a whole system. In fact, this has already occurred. The present-day delusion is an attempt to enrich everyone at the expense of everyone else; to make plunder universal under the pretense of organizing it.

        Legal Plunder Has Many Names
Now, legal plunder can be committed in an infinite number of ways. Thus we have an infinite number of plans for organizing it: tariffs, protection, benefits, subsidies, encouragements, progressive taxation, public schools, guaranteed jobs, guaranteed profits, minimum wages, a right to relief, a right to the tools of labor, free credit, and so on, and so on. All these plans as a whole — with their common aim of legal plunder — constitute socialism.

The Oligarchy exists, but it is not the result of a government that is limited by the rule of law, that respects the separation of powers, and that secures the rights of all citizens equally. It is the result of a government that does none of that.

The Oligarchy exists because people like yourself have foolishly empowered our government to function outside of their constitutional limits, without once considering one undeniable fact: Politicians will come and go, but the system has now been corrupted.

        1. Bastiat, whose grandfather gave him the family estate empowering him…..to avoid ever contributing to the national income.
For those who want to venerate Robert E. Lee, he extolled the value of putting brine in the lash wounds of slaves. Lincoln warned against those who eat the bread for which others toil.
Guillotines are too good for them.

          1. The public would benefit from a correlative study of political spending by the Koch’s, DeVos’, etc. and the rise in violence by white supremacists, the increase in minority incarcerations and in the length of sentences, and
cases of egregious gerrymandering and voter suppression in states – just a a starting point for the research.

            1. You are truly a lunatic. Are you aware that 7 of the top 10 billionaires in America are far left loons just like you? Do you think before you comment? Obviously not.

              1. Politically far left? Your evidence is that the rich donate to a party that used to be the party of the people? While the rich were donating to that party, they were steering it to the right and, it lost 1000 seats from 2008-2016. That, Andrew, is buying your competition, putting it essentially out of business, but leaving a vestige to convince the public that there’s a two-party system.
In Nov. 2016, Gates spent money to defeat 3 state judges who had rendered decisions favorable to public schools i.e. the privatization of America’s most important common good. Gates and Zuckerberg are investors in the largest for-profit seller of schools-in-a-box. You don’t think business predators are happy when Republicans are elected, and Democrats are defeated? The Democratic Party was in serious debt in 2014, it was for sale at a bargain basement price.

                1. So what you are telling me is that Barack Obama is a right-wing conservative. Mmmm’kay. It couldn’t possibly be that between 08 and 16, fundamental transformation rendered the jack ass party into an ideological blackhole so far left Jim Webb’s Presidential candidacy was doomed.

As for business predators, do you have a job Linda?

        2. Oily,
The theme is corruption of a just system so that the self-entitled enable themselves to eat the bread that others toiled to bring to the table. What is shameful is people like you who use for justification, the words of Bastiat, a man who advocated for the system that provided him with his entitlement.

        3. Great post, Olly. I found myself absolutely cheering the last:

“The Oligarchy exists because people like yourself have foolishly empowered our government to function outside of their constitutional limits, without once considering one undeniable fact: Politicians will come and go, but the system has now been corrupted.”

          1. The share of national income going to labor is at its lowest point in recorded history.
When hard work stops producing benefit to labor (beyond subsistence), the stage is set for the overturn of financial exploiters.
Each of the 5 richest men in the world (Gates is one of them) has wealth equivalent to 750,000,000 people.
Gates and Bezos live in the state with the most regressive tax system in the nation. The poor pay a rate up to 7 times greater than the rich in Wash.
Karen, after you wrote your hackneyed treatise about assimilation (points everyone already knew), you must feel very satisfied with yourself.

            1. The Republican Party thanks Karen, too. At its convention this summer where Trump was nominated, Peter Thiel spoke. Thiel is on the record describing as an oxymoron, capitalistic democracy and a woman’s right to vote.

        4. “Outside their constitutional limits”…you mean like working for the interests of Israel and Russia when they are counter to U.S. interests? We’ll see what Flynn’s testimony exposes.

          1. Outside their constitutional limits”…you mean like working for the interests of Israel and Russia when they are counter to U.S. interests?

Of course. Everything must be examined to determine if our constitutional system has been violated. That means EVERYTHING, not just the things you don’t agree with. Even those things you fully endorse. If they are not within the constitutional limits then they must be eliminated.

      2. “How did “cultural assimilation” work for McVeigh, Root, and this year, the murderers in Las Vegas and Charlottesville?”

I believe you are misapplying the phrase “cultural assimilation.” In addition, no one posed the argument that cultural assimilation would cure all ills or prevent all crimes. You are knocking down a straw man argument no one made.

The West has more individual freedom than other parts of the world. The United States is unique, in that we enjoy the most robust individual freedom, including that of free speech, than any other country on Earth, bar none. Many have argued that a desire for freedom is intrinsic in humankind.

The difficulty lies in the fact that the West is different. There are many parts of the world where Jews are murdered, women who insult the family honor are killed, with the open admiration of local law enforcement, dogs are killed, slavery still affects up to 20% of some populations, women are chattel, brides are burned to get more dowries, trash is thrown onto the street, child abuse is normalized, female genital mutilation, or that sex with a virgin will cure diseases, such as AIDS. Yes, there is a real virgin cleansing myth in various countries, and it is behind the absolutely staggering rise in infant rape by HIV positive men in South Africa. (See UNICEF). You will notice that I tried to have a sampling of normalized cultural factors the West would find abhorrent from a broad range of countries.

Cultural moral relativity is a complete myth.

We all know that there are acts that Western culture finds abhorrent that is normalized in a great many parts of the world. And what we find atrocities are intrinsic parts of other cultures or traditions. When someone sets foot on our soil as an immigrant or visitor, there is no “American Soil Cleanse.” That, too, is a myth. The hope is that when people come here with values contrary to ours, they will be enfolded into our society, and become Westernized. They will lay down their prejudices and abuses, and find a better path in accordance with our own Westernized culture. The reality is that brain washing is quite difficult to overcome if the person does not already have a desire to be Westernized. The family member dragged here reluctantly because their home country is unsafe, by their brother who cannot wait to be a poet or dissenter, may not have the same attitude towards assimilation as that sibling.

The concern is that a smaller rate of immigration has a higher chance of cultural assimilation than a larger number. Germany, for example, has a strong cultural aversion to debt. The average debt of a German is far and away lower than an American. There is also a similar difference in punctuality. It’s just part of their national identity. If you imported a small number of profligate spenders, they would hopefully incorporate German financial responsibility for their own. If you import a billion profligate spenders, they would change the national attitude towards debt, and have a far less chance of assimilating beneficial attitudes. If a child does not behave well in public, a parent might encourage them to have play dates with a family where the children behave quite well. If a parent sent their well behaved child into a large family where all the kids ran around like crazy monkeys on a sugar high, then their well behaved child would likely come home with behavioral issues. I hope this explains my position.

Polite or not, PC or not, it’s a valid concern that we should not fear discussing.

I too, will refer you to Scandinavia, which is not socialist.

        https://www.bostonglobe.com/opinion/2015/10/15/bernie-sanders-scandinavia-not-socialist-utopia/lUk9N7dZotJRbvn8PosoIN/story.html

The region actually began to experience prosperity when it abandoned agrarianism and embraced low taxes, smaller government, and the free market. It’s experiments with socialism had a severe impact, and they have had to back off of quite a bit of their spending. In addition, part of their prosperity is due to their culture of hard work and independence – see the discussion of culture above. No, that is not because of skin color, but rather more likely due to the confluence of persevering in harsh winter conditions, strong identity, Protestant ethics, and a number of other factors.

    4. Nice piece karen but short version is ditch ad hominem for ad mechina. To be ad hominem humans have to be involved. The Lefts Propaganda programmers are working with The Collective Of The Party . A machine that is not allowed to think Thus Ad Mechina or Latin for against machines.

    1. What irony if Turley writes before President’s Day, “Trump …knowing about, obstructing, colluding but, continuing… ” Oh, to be a fly on the wall for the Trump and Flynn meetings… Rep. Castro says there will be surprising info. this week.

        1. Expected from rabid right wingers- advanced dismissal of information that is accumulating and suggests a very dark picture of Trump’s administration (if not illegal).

          1. No, Castro is a hack. It’s high time people like him were called out for being the shills that they are. You tell me Linda, your party has held the highest offices for generations. How is it then that I can listen to an LBJ speech, a BHO speech, and a HRC speech, and THEY ALL SOUND THE SAME!??!?!?? You jack ass party tyrants are full of the same bs generation after generation after generation. Know why? Read on:

            – You all are arrogant, intolerant, and most importantly you are stupid, but
            – You think you are smarter than everyone else, and
            – But for individuals and their freelance thinking you all think you’d impose utopia.

      1. Well I’ll wait but but let’s look at the mish mash What…. If, Turley writes before Presidents’s day. etc. etc. ”

From that you adding colluding which is not a crime and obstructing which is but used so far only by the left. and somehow came u s with .an unsourced report from …Is that Lopez Castro or some other Castro maybe Fidel?

Which means you are a part of the ad mechina but no… don’t qualify for an ad hominem complaint.

      1. Cato Institute did a spot on study in the first decade which concluded the following. 1.5% of the law enforcement population in the USA has commited a criminal act a the the same rate in all categories of criminal activity. Part II 1.5% of the general public as compared to the total population had commited criminal acts at the same rate across the entire spectrum.

The government which has ordered a police statistics turn in an collection under Clinton and done nothing else through Clinton and Bush years finally got something going under Obama which may have been the only thing he did right.

The obvious question is to use an example what are the common factors that might be used to weed out that 1.5% average before they go to police academy and what follow ons are needed.

One study resulted in the 70’s of a stress test as if not the root cause as the trigger.

Arguing The Case For Police Accountability – Part 1

If it is not longer available catch me on any of these threads and ask for it to be added to whatever you are looking at.

    1. yes – a unicorn ruling. “Officers being convicted or even charged with crimes for fatal use of force is exceedingly rare: it happens less than 1% of the time, according to the Guardian’s investigation.”

we who live here were astounded, but elated! Slager is a rogue cop with a history and I wish he had gotten life as the feds recommended. Killer cops like him give PDs a bad reputation in the community,

  9. With peerless acumen and dexterity, the liberals wipe the gross, egregious, treasonous corruption of the FBI off the headlines.

  10. When do “fake news” purveyors go to jail?

When do fraudulent, ambulance chasing, radical activist, Feminazi “lawyers” go to jail?

When do spurious, hoaxing, liberal, parasitic democrats

assume their natural place in the cosmos and fade into obscurity?

        1. As teen agers, left in dark parking lots when they refused the advances of 30- year- old D.A.’s?
In need of mall security protection because a 30-year-old prosecutor lurks about trying to get them into his car?

        2. Andrew

Do you have evidence that supports your claim? My understanding is that she merely added a date and the place where the event took place.

          1. billmcwilliams – that is the “current” story. For all we know, she added all of it. Bill, you knew in your heart of hearts when Allred would not let a document examiner examine the yearbook that something was wrong with it, didn’t you? 😉

              1. anonymous – at this point we know that Nelson is a liar and a forger, the question is how much did she forge? She would be torn apart on the stand and I would separate her from Allred and put her on the stand as well. Allred has her own crimes she needs to answer for.

            1. Paul

I knew in my heart of hearts that when Roy Boy failed to take a polygraph examination that most, if not all of the allegations of misconduct/sexual assault against him were most likely true. Didn’t you?

              1. billmcwilliams – polygraphs are unreliable, psychopaths can pass them. Perfectly innocent people can have trouble with them. As an experienced prosecutor, Moore would know that and refuse. I didn’t know he was offered the option. Was Gloria going to give it personally?

                1. not to be bigoted but certain other groups are more adept fooling the graph than others one of them is a religious group. Learned that in Police Academy.

    1. George, you’re wrong. Nelson’s divorce complaint was dismissed at the request of her and her then husband who had reconciled after starting marriage counseling. Moore made no ruling in that case. His signature was rubberstamped on the dismissal document.
