Florida Man Gives Photo ID To Bank Manager Before Robbing Bank

Donald TownsDonald Towns, 41, may be good at any number of things but he is clearly a work-in-progress when it comes to bank robbery. Towns not only was filmed without a mask robbing a bank but handed the bank manager his photo id as part of the pretense of opening a new account.

He ended up leaving the Renasant Bank with $1,200 in cash after telling bank employees he would kill them if they called police.  He was able to enjoy the money for exactly 36 minutes before being arrested. Indeed, he only made it a few blocks.

  1. Execute, execute, especially when they’re not so cute.
Tie em to the bar room floor and ask people to stomp on him more.
And its one, two, three, what are we fightin for?
Don’t ask me I dont give a damn.
    Next stop is Afghanis Stan!

  2. Didn’t someone do something similar a year or two ago while robbing a convenient store? I seem to recall reading something about a guy robbing a convenient store and along with demanding da money, demanding a carton of cigarettes — to which the store manager responded something like, “I’ll give you the money, but you ain’t gettin’ no cigarettes. You too young ta smoke, boy” — and the robber responded by producing his ID to prove he was old enough to smoke.

  3. Are criminals entitled to a reduced sentence if they are really, really stupid? What kind of training could he possibly receive as part of reabilitation?
