President Trump’s personal attorney Michael Cohen has moved to claim at least $20 million in damages from porn star Stormy Daniels. Cohen is alleging at least 20 violations. With the recent allegations of physical threats and post-election actions, the political costs to this strategy is likely to continue to rise. Notably, Cohen is not simply pursuing damages through his limited liability corporation Essential Consultants. An attorney for Trump is now directly calling for Daniels to be forced into arbitration . . . and silence.
The litigation could finally force an airing of the claims of invalidity. It appears that Trump is moving aggressively to try to stop the airing of Daniels’ interview with 60 Minutes in two weeks.
As someone who works in the adult industry, I’m a little sick of mainstream news media’s insistence on using an adult star’s real name in their articles, when it adds virtually no substance to the story and may easily put the star in danger. Let’s strip away Stormy’s pension. Is a peccadillo something that is related to a man having sex with an armadillo? Is Sixty Minutes the name of a TV show or the length of the video, or both?!

What you say is true and not limited to American Presidents. French leaders have mistresses and nobody bats an eye. In this Puritanical society of America, it is blown out of nature’s proportions. Big egos equal big libidos. The difference between your list and the turnip is that these others were also intelligent and natural leaders of what most Americans want. The turnip is nothing more than a charlatan, a huckster, a snake oil salesman, a buffoon, a tweeter, America’s shame; to most of America. The turnip got in at a point where America’s system of government is failing. The oligarchy comes either in the chaos after a revolution, as with Russia, or at the end of an experiment, as with the US. We don’t have a government of the best of the best but of the wealthiest and the stooges they can buy. The turnip is the main oligarch and stooge combined; clever not intelligent, ego out of control, the weasel who was elected to clean out the chicken coop. So, draw your comparisons but bring the entire person into your equation(s).

Well, apparently there does exist a legal basis for Trump suing CBS for interfering with the Non Disclosure Agreement. Although he would have to meet some high standards.
