There is another horrific report from Pakistan where village elders ordered a “revenge rape” as a punishment. After a man was accused of raping a woman in Pir Mahal in the Toba Tek Singh district of Punjab province, the village council formed and ordered the sister of the accused to be raped by the brother of his victim as justice. They all then reportedly watched the rape.
Twelve members of both families have been reportedly arrested.
These crimes are often ordered councils known a Jirga that enforce Islamic justice. In 2002, a jirga ordered the gang rape of 28-year-old Mukhtar Mai after her 12-year-old brother was accused of an affair with an older woman.
Notably, the victim of the second rape was also arrested.

I would like some revenge justice here in the U.S. Like in the situation where a terrorist kills a slew of people and is caught and is in jail (not dead at the scene). Then the Klan or some group can go to his parents and torture and kill them and send the video to the dork in jail. It will make other terrorists rethink their glory and not go forward.
These men should be hung by their family jewels.
My heart goes out to the two innocent girls in this debacle. Those poor babies. None of their families deserve them. I wish with all of my heart that our country would offer them asylum, without their families or their community since they are who they need asylum from. Neither of them deserved this. The fact that the second powerless rape victim was arrested just makes this more unforgivable. Traditional Islam, extremist Islam, Sharia Law, it’s all heinous to women.
I recall Ayan Hirsi Ali discussing how women become the vessels of the family honor. Honor resides in them. They are a symbol. The only way to restore honor is through blood and violence, and that vessel of honor is where the battle occurs.
To a man raised from birth in this system, brainwashed, the honor of one family was besmirched when she was raped. Her terror, pain, risk of pregnancy, trauma, and the loss of standing in her community are all subordinated to the issue of family honor. Sharia law demands like for like, so to make the other family suffer in a similar fashion, their own vessel of honor had to be violated.
So now you have two young girls, ruined in the eyes of the community, destroyed, suffering, but the families are “equal.”
I want to shake everyone involved, and demand why a girl had to pay for her rapist brother.
I do not condone the eye for an eye vengeance, but if they had any value at all for what she suffered, and wanted the rapist to suffer equally, then he would have been the victim. I disagree with such punishment, however.
This is exactly why I have spoken out so many times about having a meritocracy immigration system. When you allow vast swaths of a community to come over through the refugee system, or immigration system, then you get the abusers along with the abused. I would wholeheartedly cheer for these two abused young ladies to come over here and get counseling, a maternal mothering mentor, safety, counseling, medical care, counseling, friends their own age who support them, and more counseling. I would not ever accept the immigration of the savages who raped one, ordered the rape of the second one, condoned it, and watched it. NO. It bears repeating that I want the Malala Yousafzai’s of the world to come here and welcome, but those who shot her need not apply. Those who throw gay men off of rooftops or who cheer the act need not apply. Those who order the rape of an innocent girl to “restore the honor” of another raped girls’ family need not apply. Any one of these savages who ordered and watched the rape of an innocent girl may one day find themselves in a situation where they could claim refugee status. Regardless, I do not want them here.
The greatest move(s) that can be made to eradicate this scourge on humanity is to stop referring to it as religious and cultural. Human beings are religious and cultural. This behavior is not human. These are animals pure and simple.
By including the thuggery of isis as connected to Islam, it is given credibility. The only Islam that can be tolerated is the evolved Islam that accepts all, regardless of belief. This Islam exists and is practiced primarily in Western nations. The infringement on the freedoms of individuals by forcing them to submit to rape, unwanted marriages, etc is not acceptable in the advanced world. The acceptance of all religions that preach common human principles is.
If the Western nations, apparently besieged by this problem, were to prosecute these animals and incarcerate them, taking away their children, as is done with drug dealers and other common criminals, they would find someplace else to go, or adapt. If the so called stable Arab and other Islamic nations would also ostracize these animals and exterminate them, not explaining, recognizing, or referring to them in any way remotely connected to Islam, they would either disappear or be accepted as the vermin they are.
Explaining a deviance such as this should never amount to any level of acceptance.
This is not a “revenge” rape. A genuine revenge rape would require the man accused of raping the woman in Pir Mahal to be raped himself. This is the way we sort of accomplish this form of justice in America . . . when the rapist is sent to jail with Bubba as his roommate.
A merit-based green-card system will do wonders for the cultural health of our country. It will prevent the importation of failures from failed-states.

How a mother could let her daughter be raped in public is beyond me. This is a special kind of cruelty.
