Democratic Attorneys General To Challenge Addition of Citizenship Question On U.S. Census

If so, they have a bone to pick with Clinton and, the 2000 U.S. Census long-form questionnaire:

I would be astonished if a federal court ruled to bar the inclusion of this question.  The Executive Branch is given considerable discretion in carrying out such surveys and a court would have to interject itself into a largely policy disagreement in the political branch to bar the question.

  1. The only reason you want to be a citizen is so you can pay the bills.

  2. The ignorance on display below is overwhelming. So few had a proper civics class?

    1. David Benson – under Common Core Civics has been removed as a core class. When I was teaching high school, it was required for graduation.

    2. She didn’t know the census was mandatory.
BFD. She probably isn’t omnipotent either.

      Cordially, Bill
