HAPPY EASTER!

Happy Easter to all of our bloggers and readers that are celebrating today. The bunny came to the Turley house and left baskets overflowing with chocolates and candies, including a doggie basket for Luna.  We have a wonderful breakfast and settled down for a fun day with family and friends.

We celebrated Passover on Friday with Leslie’s incredible Matzo ball soup and brisket. As usual, I passed on the gefilte fish and chopped liver.

Tonight we feast on lamb and an assortment of delicious items with my in-laws and our friends in the Wilson family.

    Usual brawl involving the Easter bunny who was trying to break up a fight, and ended up having to fight.
    Evidently, nobody got seriously injured, so the cops just wrote the whole thing off.
    They could have easily cited at least one of the original brawlers with disorderly conduct or maybe assault, but they let it go.
    They were probably laughing too hard to go through with an arrest.

  3. Off topic. This needs to be a topic on this blog. The Second Amendment Right to form a militia and dto bear arms. A man was arrested in Texas for being in an armed militia which took control of illegal migrants who came across our border.
    “A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed.”

    Think about it folks.

  5. An Easter Bunny came to my back yard just at daybreak and left some chocolate on the ground. I went out and ate one and oh my god! it was itShay. A neighbor came by and said that there was a bunny in town from Shiri Lanka.

    ( we’ve got) lamb in the oven, liver pate in the fridge, Prosecco on ice, and friends on the way,
    God’s in His heaven, all’s right with the world….

  9. While I deeply oppose apartheid, ethnic cleansing, and crimes against humanity, Judaism excells at food. The gefilte fish and chopped liver are much healthier than the chocolates and candy, bacon and any other sugary items. No doubt free-thinking Luna had a much healthier Easter morning than everyone else had.
