Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz pulled a Giuliani on television this weekend by claiming bombshell evidence in his possession but refusing to disclose it. On Fox News, Dershowitz claimed that he has conclusive proof that Barack Obama “personally asked” the FBI to investigation someone “on behalf of George Soros,” the wealthy liberal donor. However, Dershowitz mysteriously referenced future “litigation” where all of this would be disclosed.
Dershowitz was responding to allegations of political influence exercised by Bill Barr in the Stone case. Ironically, Dershowitz’s defense (like his widely rejected impeachment theory) seemed more damaging than helpful. He argued that plenty of presidents have used the Justice Department for political purposes — hardly a moral high ground. He insisted “There was a lot of White House control of the Justice Department during the Kennedy administration and I don’t think we saw very many liberal professors arguing against that.” However, he then dropped this bombshell:
“I have some information as well about the Obama administration – which will be disclosed in a lawsuit at some point, but I’m not prepared to disclose it now – about how President Obama personally asked the FBI to investigate somebody on behalf of George Soros, who was a close ally of his.”
Dershowitz also harkened back to his impeachment argument with the ‘shoe-on-the-other-foot test” reference:
“We’ve seen this kind of White House influence on the Justice Department virtually in every Justice Department. The difference: This president is much more overt about it, he tweets about it. President Obama whispered to the Justice Department about it. And, I don’t think these 1,000 former Justice Department officials would pass the shoe-on-the-other-foot test. Maybe some of them would, but a good many of them wouldn’t.”
The first assumption for many was that Dershowitz was referencing the Epstein litigation where he has been at the center of cross lawsuits against lawyers and Epstein victims, including women who allege that Dershowitz was one of the men who had sex with underaged girls. These lawsuits continue to expand. However, it could be an entirely separate lawsuit. The only connection that I know of between Soros and the Epstein matter was the appearance of the nephew of Soros in the phonebook of Epstein.
Previously, others like Joe diGenova have said that they have evidence that Soros was involved in the Ukrainian scandals and added “Well, there’s no doubt that George Soros controls a very large part of the career foreign service of the United States State Department. He also controls the activities of FBI agents overseas who work for NOG’s, work with NGO’s.
What was clear is that the discovery referenced by Dershowitz includes field “302s” which many of us acquire in discovery in criminal cases. When pressed, Dershowitz stated
“That’s going to come out in a lawsuit in the near future, yeah. That is not unusual. People whisper to presidents all the time; presidents whisper to the Justice Department all the time. It’s very common; it’s wrong, whoever does it — but it’s common, and we shouldn’t think it’s unique to any particular president. I have in my possession the actual 302 [witness report] form which documents this issue and it will at the right time come out, but I’m not free to disclose it now because it’s a case that’s not yet been filed.”
His statement that he is “not free to disclose it” is curious since he is disclosing part of its content, albeit without names other than Soros and Obama. That makes it sound as if it could still be under a court seal. I would think that a court would look with displeasure on a pending or later motion to unseal if the document has been raised in interviews on an unrelated subject.
I am not keen on such opaque references alleging serious improprieties. It sounds a bit too much like Wimpy promising “I’d gladly pay you Tuesday for a hamburger today.” He is alleging that a Obama asking for an investigation at the behest of a Hungarian billionaire into an individual in the United States. That is pretty serious, if true. However, without some details, it is toying with a matter of great national importance — or yet another defamation lawsuit.
Soros, servant of the Queen, servant of the Venetians who nation hop throughout history, parasite families capturing each nation through spies, diplomacy, ideology, assassination of leaders and patriotic witnesses of their dastardly ways, and through intermarrying royals.
See Webster Tarpley’s older work on the oligarchs of Europe. They are self-named Black Venetians because its “any means” to their ends. Quite literally. They teach and practice a form of cruelty that comes only from an absence of morality, of conscience.
They take down nations by destroying their peoples through drugs, through spreading their amoral ways. They hate the American Constitution and its inalienable rights of mankind, aiming to obliterate that idea from the face of the earth.
Holding mankind precious as the Constitution does, prevents them from doing whatever they will with those they capture. Literally “whatever”. Their amoral and vicious lifestyles. They love enslaving others. Sociopaths and psychopaths are their “norm”.
So this is no less, a pitch battle for the soul of humankind. And they have a head start.
Part of the proof of this long lead time, many centuries of planning, preparation, assassination, mayhem…is in the reader’s general non-recognition of who they are. That is a product of their near perfect undercover work through multiple generations of humans and nations.

Dershowitz is in a “put up or shut up” situation; if he indefinately claims to have the 302 that proves his allegations without producing it, it’ll end up looking like an empty boast.

What does the FBI have to say about this? How did Dershowitz obtain the field 302? Isn’t that a confidential investigation document, that is generally considered privileged? If it is genuine, then someone broke the law: whoever stole it or disclosed it. If it was contained in exhibits subject to an order sealing them, it’s still illegal.
When mulling over Dershowitz’s credibility, consider this: he admitted being in a room, in Epstein’s mansion, naked, and receiving massages from an underage girl….BUT….he denies anything sexual happened. Then, there’s the Mike Tyson panty liner defense dreamed up by Dershowitz: Tyson couldn’t have raped beauty contestant Desiree Washington because she had used the restroom and removed a soiled panty liner. Nothing says: “I’m ready for sex” like removing a soiled panty liner, according to Dershowitz, who believes himself to be an expert on female menstrual habits. Hey: Dershowitz: here’s a clue: women who consent to sex usually remove their panties, along with any tampons, liners, pads and all. Another clue: women discard menstrual products when they are soiled. When Tyson got convicted of rape, Dershowitz literally went running down the street outside the courthouse, yelling at TV reporters that every moment his client was behind bars was an injustice, so he had to rush to get the appeal started. That entire trial and Dershowitz’s defense theory and behavior has stuck with me because it was so outrageous.
Dershowitz has no credibility. If he does possess a field 302 document, it’s probably a forgery. But, it did divert the news cycle away from the story about the 2000 former federal prosecutors demanding Barr’s resignation. Sounds like a classic Kellyanne maneuver.

If someone wanted a massage for the sake of the benefits of a massage, he would likely go to a legitimate masseur, not Epstein’s NY mansion. I’ve gotten massages, too, by male masseurs, and there was nothing sexual involved.
Rich people hire in massage therapists rather than go out. This is not uncommon. They can command a premium price and some therapists will travel. There’s nothing wrong with that. In itself at least.
I bet Robert Kraft wishes he would not have gone out to a massage shop. Of course John Travolta called in for a masseur, and then got sued when he groped the poor guy. Travolta settled. And perhaps not just one of these cases, but I can’t remember precisely.
Personally, I’m not against erotic massage, I think it should be legal, but licensed just as therapeutic massage is, and between consenting adults of course not minors. All that being said, Epstein was in touch with a lot of people, and they should not all be smeared just because it’s clear that certain ones were involved in illegal activity.
If a criminal eats lunch with a square citizen, the square does not thereby become a criminal. If a criminal gets his tooth pulled by a dentist, the dentist does not thereby become a criminal, and, not even if the crook pays the bill with ill gotten gain. The dentist may properly take payment and assume the money is clean. The mass media obscures this all the time, unfortunately. And the US DOJ has obscured it too, going back to the beginning of the war on drugs, when a lawyer was in fear of taking a retainer from a client just because of the charges. He who claims, must prove. I think if he was not at liberty to disclose it prior to filing the relevant case, then he should not have done so. Now that he has mentioned it, he should file the case and reveal the proof.

You can always tell when Trump has been caught doing something really bad because he (and his team, such as Guiliani or Dershowitz or his friends at Fox) will start claiming that Obama was actually the one doing it. Throw in the name “Soros” and it makes it even better. The evidence is always something which they say will come out eventually, but somehow never does.
