Admission Against Interest? Crime Pays . . . Until It Doesn’t

Donald Murray is not quite as good as his advertising. The Indiana man with a “Crime Pays” tattoo across his forehead has been arrested again after a police chase. He is now facing a windfall of charges for resisting law enforcement, reckless driving, possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance and auto theft.

Murray previously caught national attention with his tattoo and then being able to elude police. However, they finally caught up with him and last December was charged with charged with criminal recklessness and resisting law enforcement.

Now Murray, 38, again had a run in with police and again had a brief pursuit before being arrested and hit with the new charges.

I am not sure that a jury trial would be recommended given his admission against interest across his forehead.

  1. “Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity.”

  2. Crime does pay, Trump said he did it, and he gets the American people to pay for his golf. Then again, the Dear Leader, the Chosen One, the Stable Genius has been proven to be above the law by Bill Barr and the Republican Senate.

  3. Rednecks are prone to national socialism just like Potheads are prone to international socialism.and both hide behind a patina of pseudo … loco que patina en su coco … such as calling Marxist Economics Government Economics when the whole time it’s the same stuff Adolf and Marx pedaled meaning fascist economics. .

    1. I can’t understand you so you must be really, really smart.

If I could just inform you, the Constitution does not provide for any of the principles of communism and the Constitution does not provide for any of the principles of National Socialism. The Constitution provides for maximal freedom of individuals, including, but not limited to, free enterprise, while it severely limits and restricts government to its raison d’etre and enumerated role of merely providing security and infrastructure for the sole purpose of facilitating the maximal freedom of individuals. As you will come to realize, Article 1, Section 8, provides Congress the power to tax for only “…general Welfare…,” deliberately omitting and, thereby, excluding any power of Congress to tax for indivdual or specific welfare, aka redistribution of wealth. Article 1, Section 8, also provides Congress the power to regulate only the “value” of “money,” the flow of commerce among nations, states and tribes to preclude bias or favor by one jurisdiction over another, and land and naval Forces; no other regulation by Congress is constitutional. Additionally, the 5th Amendment right to private property is not qualified and is absolute, denying Congress any power to interfere with or, otherwise, intercede in the possession or disposition of or to claim or exercise dominion over private property.

The entire communist, American welfare state is unconstitutional including, but not limited to, affirmative action, quotas, welfare, food stamps, rent control, social services, forced busing, minimum wage, utility subsidies, WIC, TANF, HAMP, HARP, Agriculture, Commerce, Education, Labor, Energy, Obamacare, Social Security, Social Security Disability, Social Security Supplemental Income, Medicare, Medicaid, “Fair Housing” laws, “Non-Discrimination” laws, etc.

Karl Marx wrote the Communist Manifesto 59 years after the adoption of the Constitution because none of the principles of the Communist Manifesto were in the Constitution. Had the principles of the Communist Manifesto been in the Constitution, Karl Marx would have had no reason to write the Communist Manifesto. The principles of the Communist Manifesto were not in the Constitution then and the principles of the Communist Manifesto are not in the Constitution now.

  4. What an idiot. He’s putting all of his focus and energy into putting himself in a cage, where he’ll waste his life. He’ll have to ask permission to go to the bathroom, eat what he’s served at the cafeteria when they serve it, and lights out at bedtime every night. Brilliant.

  5. I suspect the tattoo served as a target for law enforcement officials in the area. I suspect they all knew Donald Murray, and they all considered it a goal to have that tattoo on a mugshot. My guess, based on the psychology inherent in one who might get such a tattoo, is that he probably didn’t make it too difficult for law enforcement to gather evidence. I can also infer that Donald Murray will be much happier now that he’s surrounded by his peeps.

  6. Went in dumb, come out dumb too.
Hustling round Atlanta in his alligator shoes!
    He’s Redneck…Redneck!
He don’t know his arse from a hole in the ground!
    He’s Redneck, Redneck!
He’s keepn da po leez down!

    1. “da po leez” is another way to pronounce “police”. Some say: “poor lice”.
