Washington Man Indicted For Allegedly Stealing Police Rifle During Riot In Seattle

22622219_web1_S-Jacob-D-Little-EDH-200904We have been discussing the notable reliance on federal as opposed to state charges to prosecute crimes during the recent protests.  The shifting of these cases into the federal system is being done with the support of local police. The result can be enhanced sentencing as well as political cover. The latest example is Jacob D. Little, 24, who allegedly stole a high-powered rifle from a patrol car during a riot in Seattle.

Little was charged in U.S. District Court in Seattle on Friday with possession of a stolen firearm. That charge may be expanded later given an allegation that he tried to sell the weapon (which gives this case more of a federal or interstate foot print than some of the earlier cases that we discussed).

Notably, the indictment below reveals that it was the Seattle Police Department that first investigated and identified Little, but then had the federal authorities take the case.

Seattle officers fled the vehicle when confronted by a riotous mob.  Six patrol cars were torched that night. Among items stolen was a Colt M4 rifle with a suppressor. Prosecutors allege that Little is shown in photos taken by police and in videos posted on YouTube taking the heavy bag from a Seattle police vehicle. Little also apparently posted an image of himself on Snapchat in which he is posing in front of the same vehicle.  Police later found matching clothing in his home as well as various guns. The stolen gun was identified by serial number as well as markings (and fire extinguisher residue).

The Justice Department refers to messages from Little on the Internet “that he has removed the sling and suppressor and the ‘red dot’ (a type of optical sight) from the rifle.  All those accessories were present on the rifle when stolen from the Seattle Police vehicle.”

The indictment has a variety of high-quality pictures that allegedly show Little at the vehicle and removing the gun bag.  Notably, Little in the indictment papers seems to fashion himself as a type of gangster, including a Facebook account for “Jacob YG Little” —  “YG” typically stands for “Yung Gangsta.”

One heartbreaking part of the indictment details Little’s parents being confronted with the evidence against their son:

“Also on July 20, 2020, LITTLE’s parents went to the EPD North Precinct and spoke with investigators. Investigators showed LITTLE’s parents photographs of the suspect taken on May 30, 2020. Investigators asked them what they saw in the photos. LITTLE’s parents were initially quiet. S.L. then began crying and at one point pointed at the photographs and said “That is not the son I raised.” Detective Magan interpreted this to mean that S.L. recognized the person in the video as LITTLE and that she was disappointed to see him engaging in such actions. When investigators again asked what they saw in the photos, S.L. said she saw Jacob holding something. Detective Magan released LITTLE, who departed from the precinct with his parents.”

Possession of a stolen firearm is punishable by up to 10 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.

  1. “Jacob YG Little” — “YG” typically stands for “Yung Gangsta.” — a wigger.

  2. OT: “The jet fighter and the aircraft carriers that China deploys to threaten the South China Seas can be traced back to financial transactions involving Hunter Biden’s companies,” __Michael Pillsbury (adviser to Obama Administration on China.)

In 2015 BHR, partially owned by Hunter Biden and Chis Heinz, were vital in the sale of a Michigan parts maker to China’s AVIC. AVIC is a military jet maker and is aligned with China’s military. At the time an AVIC subsidiary and been placed in the Entity List which is a list of persons “acting contrary to the national security or foreign policy interests of the United States” (from the list itself)

So much for Biden’s assurance that he is strong against China. He enriched his family by selling out American military security to the enemy. Since then all of China’s AVIC due to its ties with the PLA are subject to sanctions. A lot of our leftist commenters talk about conflicts of interest but here is a direct conflict that involves America’s national security being sold out to China in order to enrich the Biden family. That is only the tip of the iceberg.

  3. How many can define high powered? Anything over .22 LR and for the media anything that hypes up their story. looking at the European version a 9mm would be high powered a Kurz round aka .380 such as the one used in James Bonds second pistol Walther PPK would be low power along with his first weapon a .25. pistol cartridge. Generally speakingi anything the media says is very often BS and very rarely accurate.

A clip is not a magazine. A clip or stripper clip is used to load magazines. Some magazines are permanent such as the Broom Handle Mauser pistol a semi automatic or an M1Garand Rifle. Magazines are NEVER found in revolvers which may use a speed loader.

Revolvers cannot be silenced. The Russians came up with one variation that used a compression shim between the face of the cylinder and the breech of the barrel. But they did make two types of suppressed pistols by suppressing the ammunition with an interior piston. During the last century S&W using a M29 .44 Magnum pistol did the same for the ‘tunnel rats’ in Vietnam. It not only got rid of the sound it exited the barrel less than the speed of sound. But short of that conversion the Dr. No revolver used by one of the bad guys was typically pure Hollywood. On that line the AR7 came only in 22 caliber.

Webly made a full automatic revolver identified by the zig zig grooves on the cylinder.

The MP38 and MP40 machine pistol or machinen pistole was designed by a Dr. Schmiesser. like the M1 Carbine in .30 caliber it was an attempt to give tank crews and infantry platoon or company leaders a better weapon than a pistol since their job was leading not shooting.

That goal was reached with the new M4 version of the ARmalite M16. The ARmalite series 7, 10, 15 and 16 designed by Eugene Stoner who also created the Stoner system used by the SEALs all had the letters AR for Armalite and do not stand for Automatic Riflel Another Hollywood major media invention.

Personally I iprefer the .45 cal pistol round a close in one shot one kill weapon as opposed to the low caliber 9mm designed for Staff Officers in an effort to get them able to pass the annual weapons qualification.

Just my observatioin for running firing ranges.

So why did they get rid of the higher velocity larger caliber rifle rounds? No no need as m

ost encounters took place at less than 200 yds/meters and for pistols or revolvers less than 20 feet or 15 meters. Something the M4 cured along with weight that allowed carrying more ammunition.

    1. 24 and released into the custody of his parents. At 17, I enlisted in the USMC. AT 23, I was putting myself through four years of college. This loser probably has never had a date at 24. Probably never had a job.

  4. Democrats like Pelosi are the power behind the anarchy train. The following video juxtaposing Pelosi’s lectures on wearing masks vs her hair salon fiasco, and subsequent intent to destroy the salon owner, are all part of the master plan to be the leftist dictators they have always been. The time is now. Blow them out of office

Wealthy NYC woman busted in BLM rampage

One of the Black Lives Matter protesters now facing felony rioting and misdemeanor graffiti charges — after a window-smashing free-for-all in Manhattan — is a wealthy Upper East Sider whose mother is an architect and whose father is a child psychiatrist.

Clara Kraebber, 20, is one of eight people arrested Friday night after a roiling, three-hour rampage that police say caused at least $100,000 in damage from Foley Square up to 24th Street.

“Every city, every town, burn the precinct to the ground!” the group chanted as it moved up Lafayette Street while busting the plate glass facades of banks, Starbucks and Duane-Reades.

The protest was organized by groups calling themselves the “New Afrikan Black Panther Party” and the “Revolutionary Abolitionist Movement.”

    1. Clara is going to really not enjoy prison. Nobody likes freaks like her in prison. Especially not all the poor white women at the white table in the mess hall
and the black ladies won’t be impressed with her radicalism either.
      Straight into protective custody
