crowd vj dayToday we passed the 52,000,000 mark in views on the blog. Again, we thank our loyal readers who return every day to discuss contemporary legal, political, and occasionally bizarre stories. We have used these moments to give thanks for our many regular readers around the world and give you an idea of the current profile of readers on the blog. As always, I want to offer special thanks for Darren Smith who has continued to help manage the blog and help out folks who encounter posting problems. I also want to thank our regular readers who email me to flag my signature typos or any violations of the civility or copyright policies on the blog.

SUGGESTION: Now that you’ve passed the 50,000,000 milestone in views and it looks like the growth is accelerating, how about you post updates every 10,000,000 instead of every 1,000,000.

  2. Professor,

You ever going to weigh-in about the 1/6 commission and the controversy over the Big Lie? Or are you forbidden to bring it up on account of the fact that your network is being sued for being complicit in effect for championing it?

How about commenting about Trump instructing the DOJ to falsely deem the election results “corrupt?”I notice that is not being reported by your network. Lexi Lonas at theHill reported it:

Why your silence? Is such a topic off-limits for a Fox employee?

  3. Congratulations, JT (and Darren). (DS: Thank you for your help with my “posting problems.”)

  4. JT, just walked the dogs and got an idea. I know free speech is your bailiwick. But just for fun, and because this blog is not a government entity, I propose you ” fact check” and delete every opinion or ” fact” ( Which YOU get to decide what is factual) that does not agree with your position or demeans you in any way. And if those that YOU deem continue to post
“misinformation” ( which you alone categorize) they are barred from this blog forever. Seems fair, right?

    1. Hey Paul,

What the hell? You want to cancel me? And ban me for life? You really think Jonathan “Fox News” Turley is so thin-skinned to engage in censorship? I don’t trigger him. He doesn’t even know we exist.

BTW, what kind of pooches do you have?

  5. Professor Truly ; from u writing I feel u are among top legal writers , educational and gave us historical info. On many subject
