For two years, Democrats have been trying to disqualify dozens of Republicans from appearing on ballots for supporting the challenge to the certification of the 2020 election or declaring the election to be stolen. It is premised on a deeply flawed historical and legal view of a provision under the Fourteenth Amendment. In the name of democracy, these Democrats have demanded that courts prevent voters from being able to vote for incumbent members. Yet, scholars like Harvard Professor Laurence Tribe have endorsed this sweeping interpretation. It has been rejected repeatedly in the courts. The latest such ruling comes from the Arizona Supreme Court which ruled that Democrats could not prevent Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) from appearing on the ballot in 2022.
In the age of rage, nothing says democracy like preventing people from running for office.
Last year, Democratic members called for the disqualification of dozens of Republicans. One, Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) demanded the disqualification of 120 House Republicans — including House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy(R-Calif.) — for simply signing a “Friend of the Court brief” (or amicus brief) in support of an election challenge from Texas.
These members and activists have latched upon the long-dormant provision in Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — the “disqualification clause” — which was written after the 39th Congress convened in December 1865 and many members were shocked to see Alexander Stephens, the Confederate vice president, waiting to take a seat with an array of other former Confederate senators and military officers.
Justice Edwin Reade of the North Carolina Supreme Court later explained, “[t]he idea [was] that one who had taken an oath to support the Constitution and violated it, ought to be excluded from taking it again.” So, members drafted a provision that declared that “No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice-President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any state, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof.”
By declaring the Jan. 6th riot an “insurrection,” some Democratic members of Congress and liberal activists hope to bar incumbent Republicans from running. Even support for court filings is now being declared an act of rebellion. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) helped fuel this movement — before Jan. 6 even occurred — by declaring that the Republicans supporting election challenges were “subverting the Constitution by their reckless and fruitless assault on our democracy which threatens to seriously erode public trust in our most sacred democratic institutions, and to set back our progress on the urgent challenges ahead.”
This effort failed on legal grounds in seeking to bar Rep. Madison Cawthorn (R-N.C.) from running for office due to his actions related to the Jan. 6, 2021. It failed on factual grounds in seeking to bar Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R., Ga.), even after a federal district court wrongly allowed a hearing to be held.
Now the Arizona Supreme Court has ruled that not only did the challengers lack the standing to bring the case but Arizona Supreme Court Chief Justice Robert Brutinel reaffirmed that this is a power left to Congress:
“Qualifications of its own Members,” appears to vest Congress with exclusive authority to determine whether to enforce the Disqualification Clause against its prospective members. However, we need not decide these issues because we hold that A.R.S. § 16-351(B), which authorizes an elector to challenge a candidate “for any reason relating to qualifications for the office sought as prescribed by law, including age, residency, professional requirements or failure to fully pay fines . . . ,” is not the proper proceeding to initiate a Disqualification Clause challenge. By its terms, the statute’s scope is limited to challenges based upon “qualifications . . . as prescribed by law,” and does not include the Disqualification Clause, a legal proscription from holding office.

3. America became energy independent under Obama, not Trump, something else Trump lies about. Gas production during the Trump Recession went down because: 1. people started working from home and weren’t commuting to work; 2. school kids were taking lessons online, so school buses weren’t running; 3. because of unemployment and the pandemic, people weren’t taking vacations, so airlines cut back on flights, and are now trying to catch up, plus people weren’t driving as much. Refined gasoline supply has been slow to ramp up because of the lag time as we are recovering from the Trump recession, plus petroleum companies are making record profits that they are using for stock buybacks.
4. Trump didn’t bring ANY jobs, factories or industries BACK TO the USA. Something else he lies about. Name some major factory, industry or jobs “brought back” to America by Trump, if you can.
5. America is “subservient to” no country or organization. The UN exists to promote unity to prevent a third world war.
6. Our borders aren’t “open”–another Trump lie. There have been migrants from south of our border for decades. I live in the D.C. area and protests are just a fact of life here. Not a big deal. People engage in demonstrations for all kinds of reasons. Some to make their cause known. Some to meet like-minded activists. Some to get on the news. Some see a protest on t.v. and go join in or watch just for fun. There’s no way that any jury in this area is going to convict anyone of a crime for simply picketing and chanting on a public street. The local news showed a line of cops in front of all the justices’ homes. No protester went on private property. They may have been annoyed, but they were perfectly safe. Had Alito gone to Olive Garden for dinner he would have missed the whole thing.

Protesting on public property (sidewalk or street) is no different than at the Capitol mall or a government public forum.
There has been no violation of the law. The government has to prove intent to obstruct, or interfere in the administration of justice both of which are not occurring at the justices homes.

It applies to those who break their oath by supporting an attack against the constitution. Encouraging sedition is also an attack against the constitution and an abandonment of their sworn oath to uphold the constitution. Turley focuses on insurrection, what about their support for sedition?

These were not just “election challenges”, they were attempts at subverting voters’ choices thru fraudulent claims.
Just yesterday OAN had to admit that the very same “election challenges” which were just voter fraud claims were not true. In a settlement with two election officials who filed a defamation lawsuit against OAN, News Max, Fox News, and Rudy Giuliani for pushing false claims of voter fraud OAN aired a 30-second statement,
“Georgia officials have concluded that there was no widespread voter fraud by election workers who counted ballots at the State Farm Arena in November 2020.”
“The results of this investigation indicate that Ruby Freeman and Wandrea ‘Shaye’ Moss did not engage in ballot fraud or criminal misconduct,”
Turley likes to claim democrats undermined confidence in the election, but it was republicans and right-wing media that engaged in such undermining of the election integrity by deliberately making false voter fraud claims. OAN is the first to admit it. The others are not far behind.
There were many challenges, and where most did not have adjudication. One could not validate claims in many circumstances because the evidence disappeared, frequently illegally. We can only guess who moved the documentation, but the answer is clear to anyone who has credible intelligence, the ones who cheated.
This admission by OAN means absolutely nothing. Solid evidence now exists showing Biden lost the election by a lot. It behooves any media to clean up things they cannot prove and devote their attention to what has just been confirmed, Biden lost. Concentrate on the big stuff.
The admission only involved counting ballots in a specific area. It is meaningless and insignificant when one reviews 2000 Mules which involves illegal trafficking, not counting votes. The difference between the two is vast. Trafficking has been proven with evidence the police use, plus the additional evidence of videos, whistleblowers and the non-profit centers that were at the center of the illegal ballot distribution.
In an attempt to prove accuracy beyond any reasonable doubt, 2000 Mules used the most stringent criteria that eliminated a much greater supply of illegal votes and limited the investigation to just a few areas. Biden lost using these low numbers. One can only imagine how bad Biden’s loss actually have been had they used reasonable, less stringent requirements and a more extensive search area. I guess that Biden’s loss would have been tremendous.
See 2000 Mules. Some might find such detail taxing but push on because as the pieces are exposed, one can picture the criminality of the left up close. Not only that, but the left used real criminals.
Technically the 2000 mules evidence does not absolutely prove Biden lost.
But to beleive that he did not, you would have to beleive that the 400-1M fraudulent ballots that TTV found were collected from Democratic 501C3 and delivered to ballot boxes – many by BLM protestors included almost equal numbers of Trump and Biden ballots.
That is not plausible, but it is in theory possible.
What is proven without a doubt is large scale coordinated election fraud of atleast 500,000 ballots and probably many times that number.
I do have one major concern about TTV’s operation.
They learned that the “mules” switched to gloves suddenly after a fingerprint based set of fraud convictions.
TTV makes clear the methods they used to catch these fraudsters, and that makes it possible for them to adapt their process in 2022 and beyond.
They can have “mules” not carry Cell phones – or turn off Location services,
They can avoid ballot boxes and use mail boxes instead.
The 501C3’s can rent locations using proxies.
It is also likely given the demonstrated political bias of Big Tech that Google will not sell geofence data to TTV in the future.

The problem is geolocation data doesn’t provide party affiliation information or that they are indeed ballot collectors.
They are assuming they are without any evidence other than political biases.
True the Vote purchased $2 million worth of anonymized cellphone geolocation data — the “pings” that track a person’s location based on app activity — in various swing counties across five states. The keyword here is “anonymized cellphone data”. That means any party affiliations or even if any one of those “pings” even collected ballots is purely speculation not definitive proof of their claims.

The Film does not claim these people were democrats. It proves they visited specific 5013C’s regularly as part of their ballot harvesting.
Nothing in 2000 mules proves beyond any doubt these people were democrats. And TTV chose not to releast the names of the orgainizations that are implicated in this. Ultimately that will come out.
You are free if you want to beleive for the moment that TTV found a Trump Ballot harvesting campaign in Democratic strongholds.
I am not skeptical of most of the films claims. The FUNDIMENTAL claim – that there are atleast 380K fraudulent ballots that should not have been counted in 2020 is proven just about as well as can possibly be proven.
There is little doubt who benefitted – but the film does not establish that.
I think they could have done several things better:
Persuading their focus group of prominent republicans was not compelling.
They should have used ordinary people
But that is a messaging problem not an evidence problem

They were also weak on where the ballots came from. Ultimatley that is important – because it is FURTHER fraud.
But merely running ballots large scale through third parties is FRAUD. It is a huge violation of election laws.
Personally I suspect that MOST of the ballots are “manufactured” – they were not filled out by real voters.
But that just makes this worse if true.
TTV did touch on the nursing home ballot fraud in WI – that likely occured elsewhere too.
It alone was likely enough to tip WI, but I stronly suspect it was NOT the most significant ballot fraud in WI.
The manufactured ballot argument dovetails with the AZ audit. There were way too many double and tripple votes by the same person.
One explanation is 17K people voted 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 times.
A better explanation is that some group was manufacturing over 100K ballots for people who had not voted in the past 10 years – and 17K of them did vote in 2020 triggering duplicates.
BTW there is strong evidence of this in the News Recall – but no one looked into fraud because Newsome avoided recall handily.
It is unlikely that there was enough fraud to explain Newsomes totals.

You can not secure a mailin election. PERIOD.
There are many many other voting conveniences that are not impossible to secure.
That said ALL voting convenience, all voting options and complexity increases the number of errors and therefore the ease of committing fraud.
One of the more damning results of the AZ audit was the revalation that some precints ran out of preprinted blank ballots and just photocopied them.
That would be like Treasury running out of dollars and making more on a color photocopier.
The moment you do so you can no longer tell a counterfiet from a legal dollar or vote.
There were hundreds of thousands of photocopied ballots in AZ, but because some election officials had photocopied blank ballots there was no way to tell if any were forged.
Complexity interoduces error and error creates oportunities for fraud.
If you look at the 2000 mules data it is self evidently the tip of the iceberg.
There is alot missing from 2000 mules – though far more then enough top PROVE large scale organized election Fraud.
What is also evident is that there is more than enough for law enforcement to roll up the entire operation.
The cell phone data collected contains IMEI’s. The police will be able to identify each of the mules. They will be able to investigate them.
Given the large numbers – and they fact that many of these people are already likely criminals – it will be easy to get them to roll over.
If only 10% of them cut a deal – that would still be hundreds of witnesses – and these witnesses will give them the 501C3’s at the next level up.
Now law enforcement can investigate those (thought the cell data gets that too). They can investigate everyone working at these places.
They can look at finances – follow the money. They can look into where the ballots came from.
Again – most of these people are small fry – and again if only a small number of them roll – that will expose people further up the food chain.

The scale is so large that it will not be very hard at all to get people to cooperate.

I have seen people convicted of drug delivery resulting in death because a SHARED cell phone that they had access to was pinged near where the drug deal took place at the right time.
This is a trivially easy case to make.

Mailin voting was not intended to make it so you did not have to leave your couch to vote.

Most states did not even allow family members to return your ballot – because almost everyone is capable of mailing a ballot.
Wisconsin did not allow ANYONE else to return your ballot – Wisonsin did not allow ballot boxes – but the Sec State set them out anyway.
WI courts have already ruled that illegal.
But WI law allowed a “shutin” to request an election official to come and pick up the ballot – if they could not get to a mail box.
I do not think ANY state (except CA) allows a “friend” to return a ballot. One state allowed a stranger to return a ballot – but they had to have a notarized power of attorney to do so.
Whether you like it or not placing 5 ballots into a drop box at one time is ALONE sufficient evidence to CONVICT of ballot fraud.
But if you think that 2000 people can each come up with 5+ immediate family members who voted and who live nearby – go for it.
TTV did not “jump” to any conclusions.
Each of these states had different laws.
NONE had laws that would permit one person to deliver 200 ballots a night for weeks.
The odds of 1% of these 2000 “mules” having enough immediate family living nearby that voted in 2020 to place 5 ballots in one box are very low.

And then there’s the other issue: how did the organizers of the protests get the home addresses of the Justices? Presumably by going on the Internet to one of those sites that sell personal information to anyone who will pay for it. There have been a number of cases where people have been stalked and even killed by persons who found out where they live by purchasing the info online. Yet Congress has never taken any action to reign in these data brokers, or even allow people the option to opt-out of having their private information sold online. And if the issue came before the Court, would Alito, Roberts and Kavanaugh say that nobody has a right of privacy, or even the right to prevent their home address and other private info from being bought and sold on the Internet? They can’t have it both ways. Since they don’t believe that a right to privacy exists under federal law, then they should put up with the protesters outside their homes, or move to a different state.
My impression is that a fair number of the people protesting at the Justices’ homes are neighbors, and that’s why they know where the Justices live.
