  1. I am grateful (and so should all Americans) that Professor Turley provides us with a daily sober analysis of legal and political events. He is a true defender of our Constitution and institutions. I wish he could be cloned so he could teach at all of our law schools.

  2. “the 59,000,000 mark”

    Congratulations JT (and Darren).

    Your output is impressive!

  3. Thank you, Professor Turley, for this great place to have conversations! Thank you, too, Darren, for rescuing comments, etc.

  4. Please address and help reduce the poisonous exchanges your blog attracts. These cause you to hemorrhage valuable contributors, and cheapens your forum greatly. As much I appreciate your reasoned critiques of our public square vis a vis the US Constitution and Bill of Rights, especially as one who fled Communism, the abuses by anonymous trolls would benefit from your intervention, e.g. commenters at a minimum should be required to create a blog account to permit commenting much like many other public internet forums. Otherwise thanks for your expert commentary.

How to Fix the Internet: Anonymity has poisoned online life.
    – Walter Isaacson
    December 15, 2016

We have to fix the internet. After 40 years, it has begun to corrode, both itself and us. It is still a marvelous and miraculous invention, but now there are bugs in the foundation, bats in the belfry, and trolls in the basement.

  5. “A telltale sign that a government is getting too big and too intrusive into our lives is always that it attacks free speech. Authoritarian regimes always start with attacking freedom of expression. And it is always done in the name of protecting you.” ~Andrew Scheer

Thanks to Prof. Turley for being a champion of free speech, more speech and a healthy debate of ideas. It could not be more important.
