We have previously discussed the growing evidence that President Joe Biden has repeatedly lied about his knowledge of his son Hunter Biden’s foreign dealings. Now an audiotape of the President highlights those contradictions. In the call from late 2018, Joe Biden calls to discuss a New York Times article detailing Hunter’s dealings with a Chinese oil tycoon accused of economic crimes — telling him, “I think you’re clear.” Once again, the refusal of Attorney General Merrick Garland to appoint a special counsel in this matter is itself becoming a scandal in the face of these contradictions.
The Biden voicemail concerned a Times report on Dec. 12, 2018, detailing Hunter’s dealings with Ye Jianming, the head of CEFC China Energy Company. Ye was later arrested amid allegations of economic crimes.
The plan with the Bidens (which included Joe Biden’s brother) specified a proposed 10 percent share for Hunter for “the big guy.” According to Biden associate Tony Bobulinksi, that was a reference to Joe Biden.
The voicemail, discovered on Hunter’s discarded laptop, reveals that Joe Biden was following the stories of his son’s alleged influencing peddling and specifically his Chinese dealings. In his message, Biden tells Hunter,
“Hey pal, it’s Dad. It’s 8:15 on Wednesday night. If you get a chance, just give me a call. Nothing urgent. I just wanted to talk to you. I thought the article released online, it’s going to be printed tomorrow in the Times, was good. I think you’re clear. And anyway if you get a chance, give me a call, I love you.”
Some of us have written for two years that Biden’s denial of knowledge is patently false. Indeed, it is baffling how Attorney General Garland can ignore the myriad of references to Joe Biden in refusing to appoint a special counsel.
People apparently were told to avoid directly referring to President Biden. In one email, Bobulinski, then a business partner of Hunter’s, was instructed by Biden associate James Gilliar not to speak of the former veep’s connection to any transactions: “Don’t mention Joe being involved, it’s only when u [sic] are face to face, I know u [sic] know that but they are paranoid.”
Instead, the emails refer to President Biden with code names such as “Celtic” or “the big guy.” In one, “the big guy” is discussed as possibly receiving the 10 percent cut on a deal with a Chinese energy firm. Other emails reportedly refer to Hunter Biden paying portions of his father’s expenses and taxes.
Despite President Biden’s repeated claims he knew nothing about these dealings, Bobulinski has said he personally met with Joe Biden to discuss Hunter Biden’s business activities. Bobulinski had been selected by the family to handle these deals.
As vice president, Joe Biden flew to China on Air Force Two with Hunter Biden, who arranged for his father to meet some of his business interests. Hunter Biden’s financial interest in a Chinese-backed investment firm, BHR Partners, was registered within weeks of that 2013 trip. Yet, President Biden repeatedly insisted that he never discussed such dealings with his son, a claim Hunter Biden has contradicted.
There are emails of Ukrainian and other foreign clients thanking Hunter Biden for arranging meetings with his father. There are photos from dinners and meetings that tie President Biden to these figures, including a 2015 dinner with a group of Hunter Biden’s Russian and Kazakh clients.
Yet, the media has consistently moved to bury or belittle the story. Indeed, the most impressive aspect of this scandal is how the Biden family got the media to invest into this narrative.
These emails also involve Ye’s top lieutenant, Patrick Ho, was convicted in New York of bribing African officials to help Iran evade oil sanctions.
Ho later paid Hunter a $1 million retainer to represent him as his attorney, even though there is no indication of what Hunter did as counsel. Ho was viewed by American intelligence as a high-level Chinese intelligence operative.
I previously wrote a column on the one year anniversary of the Hunter Biden laptop story that marveled at the success of the Biden family in making the scandal vanish before that 2020 election. It was analogized to Houdini making his 10,000-pound elephant Jennie disappear in his act. The Biden trick however occurred live before an audience of millions.
None of these new facts can force the media to see the elephant. The key to the trick was involving the media in the original illusion, investing reporters in the narrative. It is like calling audience members to the stage to assist in the performance. Reporters have to insist that there was nothing to see or they have to admit to being part of the original deception. The media cannot see the elephant without the public seeing something about the media in its past efforts to conceal it.
It is amazing how “those who serve the public” and “public servants” get rich feathering their nests. Why send Hunter, Paul Pelosi Jr. and Chris Heinz (John Kerry’s step son) to places like Germany, England, or France to work overseas when they could be sent to backwater countries to make business deals with shady characters and where scrutiny is minimal?
Bevan Cooney, Hunter’s ex-business partner (and prisoner) turned over access of his 26,000 emails in his Google account, many of which were about business dealings of the then Vice President and Hunter. Tony Bobulinski, a former Navy Lieutenant, ‘CEO of Sinohawk Holdings, a partnership between the Biden family the the Chinise CEFC,’ turned over this computers, texts, emails and phone. He made the following statement, “The Biden family aggressively leveraged the Biden family name to make millions of dollars from foreign entities even though some of them were from communist controlled China.”
Hunter referred to as “H” and his father as “The Big Guy” in a December 13, 2017 email to Bobulinski.
The Book, “Red Handed; How American Elites are Helping China Win” is an exhaustive work of investigative research and includes hundreds of references. The book has one chapter on the Bidens and details their China dealings with firms that have direct link to the CCP. The book also goes after Mitch McConnell, Trent Lot, Nancy Pelosi (worth 200,000,000), and many more politicians and CEOs on both sides of the political spectrum. It is an excellent read. Believe it. Don’t believe it. He gives the reader his primary sources, none of which are anonymous.
What is telling is how our justice department and intelligence community has put the screws on this story. They manipulate much of the corporate and legacy media and it is no small wonder that the story is hushed, though it is not difficult to dig some of it up in a short time.
One propaganda technique is to put a lid on a story and write an official mantra for the press to repeat. It is educational when one can see a montage of the news anchors parroting the same statements. They read from the same script. If business competitors were caught collaborating like this, they would be shut down, fined and imprisoned by the FTC. Then the apologists spin the story and gaslight anyone who has any doubts that the story has possible truth. Piles and piles of B.S. subversion and doublespeak.
There are scores of disreputable companies in Eastern Europe and China, too many to list here that the Biden’s (and others) had dealings with. It makes a person wonder what personal information they hold over some of the actors in this debacle to use in blackmail. The public is suppose to believe that Biden is functioning on all thrusters? He cannot speak to the public without reading his answer from a teleprompter. Yet, the press is silent. How did he make all his millions? Do we pay our senators that well? Last I looked the updated salary for Senator was 175K in Washington. Jill made 60K. Then, when he got out of office, millions poured in. Clever methods of delay.
Al Gore went from having a net worth of less than one million when he left the Vice Presidency and now has a net worth of 300,000,000. Peter Schweizer details how the elites leverage their positions of power and use delay tactics, hold favors that are paid once they are out of the microscope. Their commodity is selling influence and access to the U.S. government.
I could care less if they are democrat, republicans or independents, I think it is high time that journalists have the guts and gird their loins to expose this revolving door racket and cesspool of corruption. I won’t hold my breath. I don’t sign their paychecks.

This is a farcical claim on its face even before you stop to consider the fact that there is a barrier between the front seat and the rear compartment of the limo, a fact that makes this claim not only implausible but likely impossible. With regard to the aide’s testimony; “Falsus in unum, falsus in omnibus”.

I don’t see a power enumerated to Congress in Article 1, Section 8, to regulate whatever the Environmental Protection Agency regulates, which looks like pretty much everything involved in private enterprises’ “pursuit of happiness.”
Like most of the rest of the federal alphabet soup agencies, they are reliant on twisting the commerce clause into pretzels in order to justify the expansion of the federal government into things the 10th Amendment leaves to the states.
I hope the SCOTUS will start taking up cases challenging the constitutionality of many of these agencies. Maybe then we can return to the original intent of the founders of a small, limited power federal government.

Fear Of Criminal Liability
The January 6 committee shared testimony from several White House staffers indicating that Donald Trump did actually want to go up to the Capitol on the day of the insurrection.
Trump’s White House counsel, Pat Cipollone, warned Hutchinson that she should absolutely not let the president go up to the Capitol, out of fear of potential criminal liability for him.
According to Hutchinson, Cipollone said something along the lines of, “We’re going to get charged with every crime imaginable if we let that happen.”

It’s no coincidence that Professor Turley is trotting out Hunter Biden again. Turley know this special hearing today would be explosive.
Brother, you beat me to the punch–I was going to say the exact same thing about Turley’s attempted Hunter Biden diversionary tactic. As time goes on, Turley loses more and more credibility as a political commentatator when he ignores blockbuster testimony about the former guy and tries to gin up a case against Biden and his son. Turley has admitted that influence peddling is not a crime. Yet, he is compelled by his employer to attack Biden, Democrats, progressives or other targets of Fox on a daily basis. Cassidy Hutchinson’s testimony is devastating, and it proves that Karen S. and the other disciples who believed that Jan 6th was just a peaceful protest that got out of hand and/or a “couple of yahoos” who went too far, were lied to. They believed it at the time, but what about now? Jan 6th was a well-planned and coordinated effort between the White House and the Oath Keepers and the Proud Boys to try to circumvent the will of the American people when other measures failed, including bullying, fake slates of electors and 60+ lawsuits. Trump knew he lost–everyone except Giuliani told him so, but he refused to capitulate. He still refuses to capitulate. What does that say about him? So, the disciples can either refuse to evaluate first-hand the facts from the witnesses and keep believing the lies fed to them by Fox and other alt-right media, or they can open their eyes to the truth about their hero and the lengths to which he would go to keep power, not to mention the implications for our system of democracy. I challenge them to tune in to tonight’s analysis and coverage of today’s hearing with an open mind from some media outlet other than alt-right news. If they won’t do this, then they’re just disciples.
