Below is my column in Fox.com on the current status of the investigation into the Biden classified documents. The search of the Rehoboth Beach residence did not find classified material. The search, however, raises the question of a massive amount of Biden material held at the University of Delaware. Biden has pledged to be “very transparent” but continues to block any public or press access to this material.

The FBI search of President Joe Biden’s vacation home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, on Wednesday, continues the search for classified material in various homes and work spaces used by the president and his family in the past decade.
What is surprising about Wednesday’s search is not the fact that a sitting president has now been subject to two FBI searches of his residences and a prior office, but the fact that this search has come roughly three months after the first discovery of documents in a closet in Washington.
Despite that rather lackadaisical record, Biden’s personal counsel Bob Bauer still stated on Wednesday, with no sense of irony, that this has been a “timely DOJ process.”
It is “timely” if you use glacial measurements.
If this is how the FBI moves with dispatch, it is chilling to think of the schedule for lower-priority matters.
While the FBI reportedly later searched the Biden Penn Center office, the FBI waited to conduct their search until both counsel and the president went to the house. They will now see if they can find anything.
The search of the president’s small Delaware beach house is also telling in that it sits roughly 80 miles from a massive trove of Biden documents that neither counsel nor the FBI has shown much interest in.
The University of Delaware is currently holding a colossal collection of Biden documents from the time before his presidency.
The Bidens have effectively converted the university into a type of political safe deposit box, barring media from reviewing documents going back to Biden’s time in Congress.
Universities are usually dedicated to facilitating access to knowledge and information. However, the University of Delaware has spent public funds in resisting media requests for access to look at the documents for material linked to sexual harassment allegations and other controversies.
Since some of the material reportedly included classified documents removed by Biden as senator, there is obviously the chance that the university files could also contain classified material.
The sheer size of the documents magnifies those concerns. Biden parked 33 pallets holding 1,875 boxes and 415 gigabytes of electronic records at the university. He then barred the public and the press from looking at the collection.
The university has continued to run interference for the president in arguing technical exclusions from public access rules and by claiming to be organizing the material. This has gone on for over a decade.
Since the FBI is already in the state, they might want to consider a trip to the university. However, for the moment, no one seems to want to discuss the collection. It seems that this is all an intractable game of “Delawhere?”
At some point, the Delaware faculty need to object to the use of their institution as a political lock box.
While the university’s motto is “knowledge is the light of the mind,” neither the university nor the president appear eager to shed light, let alone knowledge, on what these papers contain.
Expecting the DOJ to do the obvious due diligence in their investigation. That will get you labeled a MAGA extremist.

What sickens me is when usually decent conservatives say that they don’t think that there is anything nefarious with Biden’s docs as an excuse to try to alleviate the pressure on Trump. The difference is that Trump did not use the documents to get money out of Ukraine and China. The smoking gun was shown by the great Miranda Devine when she printed out the message that Hunter sent to Devon Archer for use in pleasing Ukraine and Burisma. The language, tone, intelligence and obvious intel information that Hunter supposedly gave to his crony was how Hunter got $80,000 A MONTH from Burisma. It was the inside dope (no pun intended) that showed that Hunter had juice, that Hunter had valuable information and that Hunter was in cahoots with the VP.
The fact that people like Bernstein, Woodward and other so-called journalists aren’t on this as they were with Deep Throat is telling, obnoxious and frankly dangerous. We have a crook in the WH, a corrupted and compromised man making decisions to purposely harm our country.
If this isn’t so then please tell me why Biden hasn’t closed the border?? Only 17% of the people aren’t upset at this and that means that basically EVERYONE is opposed to it, and yet he continues the policy. It harms us and helps the CCP.
Why else would Biden have shut down out energy industry? It harms us and helps Russia and the CCP.
Why else would Biden say that Climate Change is more of a threat than nuclear weapons? Odd that Biden and the left doesn’t care about China’s climate policies, only ours. It hurts us and helps them.
Why else would a president drain our strategic reserve in order to lower gas prices by 50 cents at a time of mortal peril? It harms us and it helps the CCP.
Biden is compromised, he is selling us out and the left is happy about it because they hate America and that allows the crook-in-chief to ruin our country under the guise of liberalism. Was Biden ever this far left? No, he has to act this way in order to appease his CCP masters.
I support arming Ukraine, but we need to keep armed ourselves because we are running low of weapons and it’s just in time for Taiwan to be attacked.

The email you cite shows that Hunter was not merely peddling influence, but also peddling inside information. Efen if that information was not classified, it was of special value to the receivers.

I forgot to add to my already long list that Biden also MANDATED the vaccine for the military and tossed out anyone that failed to get the shot. Peddling info that is not classified is not a crime not it’s illegal. The email just points out that Hunter Biden was being paid by Burisma which is not illegal either. A lot of Biden critics want to look for anything to support their wild conspiracy theories based on top of other conspiracy theories. It’s easy to start spinning a string of events to fit the preconceived notions of what one thinks is really happening.
The information in the text sent to Archer is OBVIOUSLY classified, but when you keep your eyes closed for one side you cannot see. Svelaz is a hack!
Hunter also proposed to provide information about Russian oligarchs and elite structures to Alcoa. RusAl, controlled by Deripaska, was Alcoa’s competitor and sometime partner. Now where would he have got information of this kind that Alcoa could not get itself?

OT – in his blog today, Dr. John Campbell expresses the opinion, based on a recent study from Italy, that Vitamin D provides a 72% improved rate in avodidng admision to IC for COVID. Insurance companies, at least mine, won’t pay for a vitamin D status check. Unless the doc can figure out a proper coding, I must pay for the test out of pocket. They’ll test your cholesterol, etc etc, but they won’t routinely check vitamin D levels. Not that it’d help much perhaps. For a vitamin D check once, I was told the level was perfect! When I asked for the actual number, it was low 30s, barely above insufficiency. Hmm. Not perfect by a long shot.
There is a growing body of evidence that VitD AND affiliated Vitamins are critical – not just against Covid, but for good immune health generally.
Also thoug there is growing information regarding how to raise VitD levels properly through supliments – it is NOT so simple as taking large doses of VitD, the most effective way by far is to get plenty of Sun.
That is some information that there is more at play than Just VitD. Covid resistance, and immune health generally correlate strongly to sunlight exposure even in parts of the country where you could not possibly get enough VitD from the sun.
There is some thought that the important effect is from IrB not UV – UV raises VitD naturally – though it has other risks.
IrB has no effect on VitD but still reduces Covid – you can get IrB even in the winter. You can get IrB indoors close to a window.
There are Some Studies that show a VitD paradox with Covid – i.e. Naturally high VitD levels radically reduce your odds of Covid,
But taking supliments to get VitD levels higher has no effect – atleast in SOME studies.
There are other factors related to VitD – such as magnesium and K vitamins, and Zinc, insufficiencies in any of these appear to mitgate the benefits of normal VitD.
Anyway take ALL of this with large grains of salt.
At the same time – while we do NOT have a perfect handle on things, We KNOW that many people are naturally Covid Resistant
and that appears to strongly correlate to naturally high VitaminD and that comes from exposure to the sun.
Once again our Public Policy has been at odds with reality.
It is very hard – if not completely impossible to catch Covid outside during the Day.
And it is very good for you – both with respect to Covid and general health
Excercise is also very good for you – generally and with respect to Covid, and it does not take all that much excercise per week to radically reduce your odds of getting Covid or to radically reduce the impact.
Overall there are many simple things you can do that are more effective than Vaccines and far lower risk to reduce the risk of getting Covid, the severity of it should you get it, and just generally improve your health.
And these have side benefits – less depression, better immune system. Better life.
Prairie, there are many ways of getting a Vit D level.
Find a lab with inexpensive pricing. Clinical laboratory testing costs vary tremendously and depend on the specific laboratory. The same test in different labs can vary in price from a few dollars to hundreds of dollars.
I bet you can find a lab that charges around twenty-five dollars though it might not be the labs with names you are familiar with.
Home testing is available, probably around $50.
Your insurance: Read what John Say wrote, and you will see many ways Vit D affects the body. Therefore a nonspecific symptom that requires a Vit D test will be enough to meet the requirements of payment. The problem is that various insurance company codes will differ, so one needs to know the code that is approved and what symptoms meet the code. The insurance company can provide you with that data.
This method doesn’t sound Kosher, but it isn’t Kosher when insurance companies make things so complex that needed tests are denied. I am not advocating this method for one is not being truthful, but seldom is a person perfectly OK, and many symptoms can lead to the need for various tests.
The above represents our problem with how we are insured. In general, we are overinsured and pay a lot of money for unutilized insurance. A lot of that money goes to administration, profit, and waste which includes overutilization by others. We would be better off paying higher deductibles and using the savings to pay for our needs. Every dollar going to insurance is converted to only a percentage that is used by patients. People without insurance or formerly with high deductibles could find prices that were lower (not higher) than what the insurers pay.
Almost all government interventions in the healthcare sector have led to higher prices and worse care. The same happens in our public schools. Competition is the key to lower prices and better care in the healthcare sector, and lower prices with a better education in the education sector. This principle is nearly universal.
SM I did not report symptoms of VitD deficiency.
I do not specifically recall them. but there are a long list of symptoms of a variety of different vitamin deficiencies.
Most every adult over 40 that does not have a job that gets them outside allot is VitD deficient.
Aparently Magnesium deficiency is even more common than VitD – and much harder to get tested.
Raising VitD without also raising several other vitamins that you may be low on is dangerous.
High VitD and low Magnesium can cause calcium buildup in the heart and blood vesels and muscles – and that is dangerous.
Again – do NOT take my advice – find competent information specific to YOU.
While raising VitD alone is dangerous, it appears that if you have enough of other specific vitamins you can massively overdose on VitD with no ill effects.
Further – much of what I am following indicates that the worst way to get normal levels of anything is through supliments.
If Possible get what you need from Food, from excercise, from time outside.
In most cases this does not require you to become a health nut. Just get past being a couch potato.
If you are over 50 and do not spendtime outside – you are probably deficient in VitD and many other things.
If you are diabetic or pre-diabetic – you probably are.
If you are overwieght you probably are.
Taking a bunch of suplliments MIGHT raise levels of some crucial vitamins.
And MAYBE that will reduce your odds of getting Covid or getting it bad.
But SMALL improvements in healthier living will have the same Covid benefit, And many many others.
I have repeatedly reported – CORRECTLY that Covid throughout the world is predictable by demographics.
It is absolutely positively true that Covid is worse in countries and states and individuals that are less healthy.
Covid hit the developed west harder than the rest of the world,
Because we are all overweight, unhealthy, and get little excercise.
Not only is this huge for Covid.
But it is also why Overall US (and Western) life expectance are lower than they could be.
Our Health Care is the best in the world. Our Health is poor despite that – because of our own choices.
I am not looking to shame anyone.
I am not giving up chocolate.
Freedom means choosing for yourself.
I am OK with people choosing to live unhealthy lives – and the consequences that go with that.
I do not want to live longer – if that means eating sawdust.
At the same time – we have alot of knowledge of what is good for us and what is not.
And if you actually WANT to improve your health – a little or a lot,
To increase your odds with Covid.
You can make choices that are better than vaccines, and masks, and actually work.
But you are not required to.
You mentioned some of the symptoms here and elsewhere. Less depression is one. Increased respiratory problems another. However, that is not important. If I gave you more credit than warranted, it is also not important. I believe low Vit D symptoms are frequently a generic complaint even when the person doesn’t recognize it. The is true with other things as well.
I am not trying to provide medical advice.
While people should read what I have posted for information.
They should consult other sources and make their own decisions.
It is both self evident that VitD is very important in strengthening the immune system.
And ALSO that fixing VitD shortages may not be so trivial as taking a supliment.

Radically improve life expecatncy, Covid resistance, disease resistance, mood, …..
But I am not trying to push people into Veggie Shakes or 4000 IU VitD supliments.
Figure out for yourself what you want to do.
And that is NOT limited to VitD.

I think one physician treating Covid patients was giving 10,000 to 80,000 IU daily for three days during the most acute stage.
You are not telling anyone what to do and I am not telling otherwise.
Treating Covid is different.
First there is no medical evidence I have seen that massive doses of VitD for very short periods is harmful.
Next, if someone already has Covid – normal VitD is near useless – it takes days to convert VitD into the form your body actually uses.
The “treatment” for those with Covid – is a VitD analog – i.e. already in the form your body converts it too.
That has been very effective in treating Covid.
It is part of What Trump got.

Since Fox and NY Post have the same owner — Murdoch — it’s safe to assume that Murdoch knows that two of his publications published the same material. There is probably a contactual stipulation about shared publication rights.

He is also on vid at the CFR explaining how he shut down Ukrainian investigator Shokin, who was investigating the Biden/Burisma corruption. That also explains Trump’s first impeachment. Kolomisky owned the media company that Zelensky worked for, before he became pres of Ukraine, and Trump was asking Zelensky about PrivatBank, owned by Kolomoisky, on that famous “perfect” phone call (we know now why Trump called it “perfect”). The Biden’s are desperate to stop investigation of Kolomoisky, which is why they banned him from coming to the US. The classified docs scandal connects Burisma, Ukraine, the Penn Biden Center (BTW funded with over $50 mil of Chinese Communist Party money), and the Bidens in a nice web of deceit and corruption. It’s an even more sordid mess than one of Orange Man’s press conferences.

Uncle Walter did offer opinion. all 3 networks controlled what we saw on the news programs, they were just more subtle.
