“Raw, Unanalyzed, and Uncorroborated”: Durham Releases Report on the Russian Collusion Investigation

I have columns out today on the release of the long-awaited report from John Durham on the Russian collusion investigation, including on the new Messenger site. However, I wanted to post the report itself below. As expected, it is a scathing indictment of the Clinton campaign, the FBI, and the media for one of the most successful political hit jobs in history.

The report shreds the FBI and Justice Department for abandoning standards and ignoring the lack of evidence to launch and prolong the investigation. The report notes that the treatment of the unsubstantiated allegations in the Steele Dossier, funded by the Clinton Campaign, was “markedly different” from the government’s level of interest in Clinton’s campaign when it faced such allegations.

Durham’s report confirmed that the FBI ignored intelligence it received from “a trusted foreign source pointing to a Clinton campaign plan to vilify Trump by tying him to Vladimir Putin so as to divert attention from her own concerns relating to her use of a private email server.”

Durham noted that “The speed and manner in which the FBI opened and investigated Crossfire Hurricane during the presidential election season based on raw, unanalyzed, and uncorroborated intelligence also reflected a noticeable departure from how it approached prior matters involving possible attempted foreign election interference plans aimed at the Clinton campaign.”

The FBI issued a statement on Monday:

“The conduct in 2016 and 2017 that Special Counsel Durham examined was the reason that current FBI leadership already implemented dozens of corrective actions, which have now been in place for some time. Had those reforms been in place in 2016, the missteps identified in the report could have been prevented. This report reinforces the importance of ensuring the FBI continues to do its work with the rigor, objectivity, and professionalism the American people deserve and rightly expect.”

If you are interested in the actual facts, here is the report: Durham Report

  1. Bug

The difference between Mueller and Durham is that Durham actually investigated credible allegations of misconduct.
Regardless Mueller found nothing, and whined alot.

Why is it that this russia russia russia garbage must be repeatedly debugged.

    Danchenko – Actual Russian Agent

Obama – Vacillating fool that is screwing Putin except when his is kissing his ass.

Clinton – actually in bed with Russsians. Receinve millions for Russian Oligarchs.
Receiving 500K for one speech. Hites actual russian agent to make up dirt on Trump.

Trump, Can not even get Russia to allow him to build a hotel. Wastes little time on a failing third rate super power. Just does not directly antagonize them.
For the first time since Putin takes power – Russia does NOT invade a neighbor. Gets the EU to actually focus on prviding their own security – or Biden would have been in trouble. Guarantees EU Energy against Russian threats. Builds US energy infrastructure necescary to back up that guarantee – it takes 3yrs to create the large scale infrastructe necescary to supply massive amount of LNG accross the atlantic. But for Trump’s Energy Policy – Europe would have had to capitulate to Putin, and Biden would have been impotent. Further redirects the Focus of US foreign policy to Asia and China where it belongs. As shouild be self evident to even leftists – Russia is not militarily strong enough to defeat One european nation much less all of NATO.

  2. give fascists an inch…you will be in a concentration camp in NO TIME
Time to BREAK apart the Democrat apparatchik

    1. kinda late for that.
      they control everything, including elections.
oh, and the controlled opposition went along with it every step of the way.

    2. We came dangerously close to concentration camps in this country during covid. Australia did it. I had friends and family that were not psychos prior to covid but leaned left justifying segregating people who didn’t want a shot forced into their arm. Can you imagine that? I always wondered how in the heck the world ever allowed something like the Holocaust to occur. We came pretty damn close to something like that, or at least a lot of similarities of that, happening. People don’t even realize it. We were 1-2 steps from the government in the US locking people up in camps. The media and govt would have just needed a little bit more to persuade half the nation that exterminating those anti-vaxxers was justified to stop the spread and save lives. Think of it. We weren’t that far away, people! This was all deliberate to get rid of Trump, from day 1. Democrats openly said as much.

  3. Every data, more and more working-class and middle-class Democrats are rejecting:

    – policies that stop Americans from using fossil fuels
    – policies that restrict drilling and mining for fossil fuels
    – election rules not enacted by state legislatures (the Constitution requires that state legislatures make the rules)
    – election processes that are not transparent to the voters
    – American companies that produce hundreds of billions of dollars of products for Americans in Communist China
    – the massive number of illegal immigrants pouring across our southern border
    – the massive amounts of illegal drugs pouring across our southern border
    – laws that allow men to invade girls’ and women’s sports teams, locker rooms, and bathrooms
    – the decision to spend 150 billion American tax dollars to fight a war in Ukraine
    – the widespread spying on Americans by the FBI
    – widespread government censorship of Americans when they disagree with the Democrats in power

    1. They may be rejecting it, but its still happening because their representatives don’t give a shit.
Its all theatre and we wont know the conclusion they have in mind until it plays out.

  4. How many millions did Democrat Durham gouge taxpayers for to spend four years finding out what anybody with a brain has known all along? No indictments, as usual, not that any Democrats are ever convicted of anything anyway, just the usual blah blah blah. This was just one more stall tactic. Message: you can get away with anything, as long as you have a D after your name.

    1. Not true…ask Rep Traifficant or Gov Blagojevich.

You have to be corrupt and in the control of “deep-state” enforcement organizations.

    2. stall is the key word.
they draw everything out knowing the american public has an attention span akin to a goldfish.
      give them credit.
      its worked.
they control everything with no end in sight…

    3. The reason Durham took so long is they had to let the clock run out on the statute of limitations…so the crooks can’t be charged. Had to cover for their drinking buddies. The swamp is deep and wide and they all have to cover for each other. That way they can keep the huge sums of moolah flowing between them…very obvious. Don’t be decieved. Its a big crooked club…and the people are not in it,, or allowed membership. Crooked system of money grabbers.. How much did Mueller,, Horowitz, and Durham make on running Special councils, including all the lawyers ? Astronomical amounts 💰💰💰. Wake up folks the criminals have been running the show for decades and it won’t stop anytime soon. Logical thinking required.
      – Spok

      1. Or, Trump is in control of the timing and everything is going to plan. The best is yet to come.

  5. On interview Tuesday evening, former Attorney General Barr made it clear what his mandate to Durham was and, to that extent, Barr is satisfied that the mandate was served/ YMMV. If Durham’s findings and conclusions turn out to have been sufficient enough to serve as a ‘lantern in the tower of the Old North Church’ then, hopefully, the electorate will see to a remedy in 2024. Failing that, the status quo will prevail.

    1. For anti-Constitutional actors to permeate the federal government, you need a critical mass of people inclined toward corruption. You also need people like Bill Barr to water down the legal consequences imposed on those willing to engage in corruption.

      1. @specos: The mandate was also to pursue criminality where it was encountered. To what ever extent Durham uncovered same and intended or not to pursue, ilea acta est. In following your line of thought, “for anti-Constitutional actors to permeate the federal government, you need a critical mass of people inclined toward corruption, to constitute a voting block in support of same. That based upon the Democrat support I see in my own community, is a truism if there ever was one. The pathetic wretch, besotted with moral and ethical turpitude, who lost the Governorship of my state by a mere 50K votes on 2018,, bears witness to that. As did the equally corrupt election officials in Democrat strongholds who were routed out there after. Yet, there are fools and knaves among the electorate, and the media whose Kool-Aid they willingly sip, who remain loyal to the conviction that the current administration and its President and his policies are the best thing to come along since sliced bread. However, if the reports coming out of Democrat urban strongholds such as NYS and Illinois, its major cities, and the protestations of their mayors and governors as example, the bloom may be off the rose, and what what previously perceived as Shinola, may no longer be shoe polish..

    2. Barr was aware of much of what Durham reported years ago.

He had the oportunity to act and for the most part he did not.
To the extent he did act – all he did was for naught.

We now know – and Barr should have known at the time, that the FBI was Actively involved in interfering in the 2020 election.
This happened on his watch. And HE has repeatedly told everyone who would listen that there was nothing wrong with the 2020 election.
While there was wrong doing in his own house.

I have a great deal of respect for Barr’s intentions. I will credit him with Trying in a difficult job.

      BUT HE FAILED,

And he consistently refuses to acknowledge that failure.

He left DOJ/FBI no better than he found them, and what few changes he made were short lived and ineffectual.

And he remains blind to his own failures as AG.

  6. God bless Bobby Kennedy, who has witnessed, up close, the out-of-control lust for money and power, unmoored from morality and the law, that has overcome the left in recent decades.

  7. For eight years, public employees throughout the federal government have worked to bring down Donald Trump. They have engaged in this mission with the assistance of Big Tech, the national news media, academia, and Wall Street. If the far left expects to win again in 2024, it will need to ramp up its incessant cheating to heights never seen before in order to overcome the increasingly intense opposition to leftist policies.

  8. If nothing else, we’ve all finally learned the difference between a chickpea and a garbanzo bean.

Donald Trump never watched a garbanzo bean on a mattress in a Russian hotel room, either.

  9. Ya, but Russia did help Trump, and the Trump campaign did have meetings with Russian agents. This is well documented in the Senate Report. The FBI was right to investigate. I don’t want them to sit on their hands when our adversaries muck with our elections.

    1. If you would hate that, then you may be interested to know that Biden just lifted the transparency protocol that trump placed on foreign influence in think tanks.

But yeah, Trump was a russian puppet and biden is nothing of the sort with any nations, particularly ukraine and china.

Soros, foreigner, is buying/bought attorneys general offices all across the country and you think talking to russia is a threat?

      Wake the hell up.

    2. Sammy – This short comment repeats two of the constant refrains of the shameless defenders of Operation Hurricane.
      1) “Russia did help Trump”. Exactly how? You cannot possibly mean the masturbation ads on Facebook. No one takes those seriously.
      2) “The Trump campaign did have meetings with Russian agents.” Like other trolls, you rely upon the Senate Report. That Report relies upon meetings by Paul Manafort with Konstantin Kilimnik, who might or might not have once been a Russian agent. But that is hardly suspicious since Manafort was running a lobbyiing business in Eastern Europe and Kilimink had been a vital part of that business for over a decade. As stated in the Guardian:
“Kilimnik, a fluent English speaker and graduate of a Russian military school who is barely 5ft tall, is recalled by former colleagues as sharp-minded and politically conservative. “He talked a lot about the US,” said one. “He was strongly Republican-leaning.”
Over the years, he helped Manafort rake in tens of millions of dollars for political consultancy and lobbying in eastern Europe. Their big-money clients included Ukrainian oligarchs, Yanukovych’s pro-Moscow party and the Russian oligarch Deripaska, an industrial tycoon estimated to be worth $3bn.” https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2018/nov/09/konstantin-kilimnik-russia-trump-manafort-mueller
The Senate Report accused Manafort of giving Kilimnik “internal” polling infomation about the Presidential race. Manafort has said that the polling information mainly came from publicly available sources. In any event, why is there anything suspicious in giving anyone polling data? Did the polling data show that Trump had a good chance to win the race? So did the Rasmussen poll and the USC/ LA Times poll, both published daily on Real Clear Politics.
      3) The absurdity of your claim is shown by the fact that the only meeting that the FBI was informed about, third-hand, was between George Papadopdulos (a campaign volunteer) and a Maltese academic, Joseph Mifsud. What did they discuss? According to Mifsud, they discussed improving international relations. Mifsud introduced Papadopolous to a Russian academic, “whom he identified as Dr. Ivan N. Timofeev, who he described as ‘a director of a think tank in Moscow with strong links with a number of U.S. institutions.’ [thehill.com/hilltv/rising/404275-what-professor-really-told-fbi-about-trump-russia-and-papadopoulos/] At some point on his foreign tour, Papadopolous had a convesation in a bar with Alexander Downer, an Australian diplomat, in which Papadopolous apparently said that he thought Russia might have damaging information on Hillary Clinton. Downing reported this snippet to his government, which then relayed it to the U S government. THAT was the predicate to Operation Hurricane.

    3. The fact that 2 reports including Mueller’s and now Durham’s claim you are a liar doesn’t bother you because that’s all you do, just like the CIA and Democratic party operatives in the FBI.

You also deny the fact that Durham’s report declares two things: #1: the FBI possessed NO evidence to justify starting Crossfire Hurricane and #2: the FBI disobeyed/ignored all 4 normal standard procedures they are required to follow before opening any formal investigation. From the outset in summer of 2016, the CIA, FBI, then-POTUS Obama and VP Biden all knew for a fact that all the claims Re. Trump and Russia were absolutely and positively a DNC hit piece/lie created to destroy the DNC’s political arch-enemy Trump.

These are all now know, proven facts and the only ones denying same are unadulterated liars like yourself.

Pulitzer even gave awards to WaPo and NBC for their contribution toward the lies and Pulitzer has still not taken the awards back. Why? Because Pulitzer and 99.9% of MSM are and were willing partners to this, the biggest political fraud and corruption in US history, that makes Watergate look like stealing a candy bar from Walmart.

      1. “Durham’s report declares two things: #1: the FBI possessed NO evidence to justify starting Crossfire Hurricane ”

You’re not telling the truth. On p. 295, Durham says it would have been a “sensible step” for the FBI to open Crossfire Hurricane as a preliminary investigation.

I doubt your #2 is accurate either.

    4. Sammy: Sorry to learn how deep your anti-Trump character amid all the false and fake evidence that your leftist friends have manufactured to stage a silent coup against a duly elected U.S. President..,The biases of the left still reverberating to this day and it’s a shame that your leftist friends never even have the respect for the truth.

    5. You have to be kidding. A senate report? Whats next a congressional report? Full of never trumpers without a doubt. Do you really think those meetings were any worse than Podesta and crew when they met with them? How about Biden’s worthless kid getting 3.5 mill from a Russian mayor’s wife? How about the influence peddling in the WH that has been TOO LARGE TO IGNORE FOR YEARS, but the FBI can’t see it. Please, the FBI is too busy subverting democracy to sit on their hands…

    6. Sammy your off in lala land.

The IT adage sumarizes Durhams Dindings – Garbage in Garbage out. The Senate report does not support your claims – however it does contian vague allusions to Russian efforts. These are the Garbage out, you get when you let garbage in. The same is true of the Mueller report.

What do you expect from an illegal and unconstitutional investigation.

      THERE WAS NO RUSSIAN COLLUSION.

The Fact that Trump did not collude with Russia does not make him a good guy.
It just makes him less stupid than those of you who beleive he did.

  10. And while Biden, his handlers & the American Hating Dem/Rino Trash are busy raping/robbing the Citizens look at what they are ting through our back door 24/7.

  11. Is there any doubt that Yuri Bezmenov was absolutely right about Ideological Subversion – Active Measures? It’s tragic that we never recognized that the United States has been in a state of undeclared total war. Demoralization – ✔; Destabilization – ✔; Crisis – ✔; Normalization – we have arrived. We had a chance to stop these communists when he warned us back in 1984, while we were still in phase 1. But no, we get 9/11, endless wars and the Patriot Act. We get Obama who clearly new phase 1 was complete and we were ripe for a fundamental transformation. We zoomed through phase 2 with ISIS, the economic meltdown, Benghazi, Obamacare and the beginning of the mass migration movement. Phase 3 began with the attempted coup of a duly elected American President. And now, watching the response to the Durham report, and every other alternate reality being pushed by the Democrats and their state media, we are now in stage 4.

Still think the Democrats have any intention of risking their grip on power by allowing our citizens to participate in a free and fair election? If there are no consequences for the treasonous acts that are documented in the Durham report, and if the Biden Crime syndicate is never brought to justice, then there is absolutely no doubt that the 2024 election will be a corrupt, third world $hit show.

    1. “But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.”

      – Declaration of Independence, 1776

“I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve.”

      – Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto

      1. who is the sleeping giant in this situation?
the unfunded and disparate groups of citizens whose every communication can be monitored?
when the enemy is within, its a much different story.

    2. ” If there are no consequences for the treasonous acts that are documented in the Durham report, and if the Biden Crime syndicate is never brought to justice, then there is absolutely no doubt that the 2024 election will be a corrupt, third world $hit show.”

Olly, I agree, however there is hope that the 2024 election will be dominated by truth, not corruption. If it is then a disrupter is needed in the Whitehouse with like thinkers in Congress. I do not believe we will see justice in the usual sense and for significant justice to occur we need a disrupter. Trump is a disrupter

      1. I think DeSantis might be a more effective disruptor, though I remain unsure about his foreign policy views.

        1. I agree, but DeSantis is an unlikely winner. I wish for none of his or Trump’s blood to be spilled, weakening either of them.

In Trump’s favor, he has experienced treachery first-hand, and I think that is an advantage. His personality has many flaws, but along with those flaws come many strong points needed in the battle to come. Another thing Trump hates is bullies, and he looks at the Washington crowd as bullies while favoring the underdog, the American people.

DeSantis is a fine man. He showed independence and will in the Covid battle. He has governed Florida well. I think he has the intellect to study problems and work with them.

Either man is fine with me, but if granted the power, I would take twelve years instead of eight.

      2. I wish I shared in your confidence. We’ll see how well this weeks truth is received. So far, the state-controlled media is doing their best at running interference. Nevertheless, the truth is no defense for a DOJ/FBI so corrupted that a fraudulent election can take place without fear of consequences.

Trump would be a perfect disrupter, Schedule F the entire lot. If DeSantis has a similar message, he may be more electable.

        1. Olly, I don’t know if anyone can turn around the nation, so I am speaking based on the odds. I also say we must be united no matter who is nominated.

People talk about which one is more electable. No matter who runs, we can expect the left’s typical character assassination, lies, and cheating.

Trump is growing stronger. He is immunized from further leftist character assassination. The left’s present actions against him might be empowering him.

I think DeSantis is great. Is he well-known throughout the nation? I don’t think most of the nation realizes how good a candidate he is.

          1. That’s a very good comment Seth. DeSantis has proven to be an excellent Chief Executive of a state government. Trump has proven that at the federal level. I had concerns about Trump in 2016 given he had no track record. In 2020, those concerns were gone. With the rise of DeSantis, I had written off considering Trump in 2024 solely because I didn’t want to see a presidency under siege. The Durham report and more importantly, the response the Democrats and other usual suspects snapped me out of my delusion. It won’t matter if DeSantis is nominated, or Trump. We are in an undeclared war for the future of this county and either candidate that wins the nomination and is elected will be facing an unrelenting barrage from these enemies of our republic. I know Trump can handle that, DeSantis has shown the stones for it at the state level. But taking on the entire federal bureaucracy and deep state is quite something else.

                1. S. Meyer and OLLY,

Frankly, at this point, I think a winning ticket for 2024 might be Trump and DeSantis as his running mate.

Since Trump has born the slings and arrows for 4 years, he’ll weather the storm in the next 4. DeSantis will be an excellent VP, because he brings balance to the ticket, and, as Trump’s #1, if you will, he’ll have ample opportunity to hone his skills, and will be well-positioned for a presidential run in ’28.

                  Thoughts?

                  1. It’s a possibility and would make a wonderful ticket. How would the people of Florida feel?

A second consideration is that by his actions DeSantis is pushing the country in the direction of states rights. That would be lost if he took the VP spot.

                  2. Ron, I believe DeSantis recently told an interviewer about that possibility and his response was that sees his strength as the Chief Executive. He’s proven that as governor and as Seth has pointed out, he is leading the way and providing the example on how states should be governed. Personally, I believe he has enough results at the state level for others to follow. A Trump/DeSantis ticket would be formidable. Trump would take on the federal bureaucracy and foreign policy, while DeSantis would be the conduit between returning legitimate legislative power back to Congress and legitimate power back to the states.

    3. Its over. I can hear Hillary warming up to sing…
Nothing short of a revolution will bring the country back and there are so many stupid people, I don’t know how that would turn out…

    1. For the most part it does not tell us much that has not already been reported.

What it does is CONFIRM that What has been reported by SOME int he news, is actual FACT.

And though Durham does not use those terms it confirms that Democrats and “The deep state”
Including Obama and Biden attempted an actual Coup/insurrection/sedition – But for the constitutions requirement that Treason can not occur outside of a time of War, what occured would be treason.

We have heard all this nonsense from those on the left about J6.

This was an UNLAWFUL, and UNCONSTITUTIONAL effort by those in government to remove the LAWFUL government.

  12. Turley’s new assignment is to create the illusion of a “de factor” state media because mainstream media don’t broadcast the pro-Trump lies that got his employer successfully sued. To-wit: “As expected, it is a scathing indictment of the Clinton campaign, the FBI, and the media for one of the most successful political hit jobs in history.” AS EXPECTED? By whom, and based on what? Based on any reasonable analysis, all Durham did was waste time and our money. The two criminal cases he prosecuted ended up with acquittals. His report, is the REAL “politcal hit job”, because the Trump campaign did accept help from Russian hackers to smear Hillary Clinton in 2016, proven by Mueller and by a Republican Senate Committee. The purpose of Durham’s “investigation” was to attack the FBI because the FBI investigated Trump. Never forget, as one commentator pointed out this morning on “Morning Joe”–Trump referred to the FBI as “my FBI”. Also, “my DOJ”, “my IRS”, and so forth. The pig didn’t, and still doesn’t, understand that people who work for the government work for the people of the US, not for him. When they wouldn’t kiss his ring, he created the narrative of the “deep state”.

    1. Gigi – you say: “the Trump campaign did accept help from Russian hackers to smear Hillary Clinton in 2016.” There is no connection between WikiLeaks and Russia. If you think there is, please provide proof. Beyond that problem, exactly how was Clinton “smeared” by the DNC and John Podesta emails? They certainly showed corruption at the DNC and the Clinton Campaign – but those revelations were true.

        1. I have no answer as to the validity of what DHS says. But, like you, these agencies have lost credibility so no one can trust them.

        2. And the Hunter Biden Laptop is Russian Disinformation
And the moon is made of green cheese.

      1. There are “connections” between wikileaks and probably all the governments in the world, as well as hackers and whistle blowers all over.

Just as there are similar connections with any journalist actually doing their job.

There are not illegal connections between Trump and Russia.
And very few legal connections none of which had anything to do with manipulating the 2016 election.

    2. “The influx of foreigners must, therefore, tend to produce a heterogeneous compound; to change and corrupt the national spirit; to complicate and confound public opinion; to introduce foreign propensities. In the composition of society, the harmony of the ingredients is all-important, and whatever tends to a discordant intermixture must have an injurious tendency.”

      – Alexander Hamilton

    3. AS EXPECTED? By whom, and based on what?

There is precious little new here. Most has been reported by real investigative reporters working there sources for background to fill in gaps in public information. Durham validates all that reporting. “News’ readers like NBC CNN NYT and others refused to connect a few dots because those news readers are Democrat Party paid operatives.

That is what is meant by “as expected” Because all sentient persons knew what has been going on for the past 7 years.

    4. The Consequence of the Durham report is that it formally and officialy confirms what most of us already know.

The report is mostly a Yawn – it tells us very little that is new.

The problem is that what it does tell us is unbeleivably devastating.

Contra YOUR diatribe – this is NOT one political campaign trying to sabotage another.

The conduct of the Clinton campaign though excreble is mostly legal – though certainly not moral.

The conduct that matters is that of those in government – the FBI, the DOJ, various other alphabet agencies and the Special Counsel.

Worse still – again things we ALREADY KNEW – but Durham re-emphasizes, is that Obama and Biden not merely participated – but in some instances LEAD these efforts

You rant and rave because a bunch of people protested the 2020 election at the capitol on J6 2021.

Obama, Biden, and portions of the US government conspired and ACTED to attempt to harm and possibly remove a legitimately elected president.

This was not protests, This was not speech. This was not protected conduct.

The only crime defined in the constitution is treason. And the only reason this conduct was NOT treason is because the Constitution requires Treason to be during a war.

You – often the same DOJ/FBI conspirators who tried to take Trump out are busy acusing and convicting people who were not at the capitol on J6 and did not plot anything beyond a protest of sedition.

Yet, the only Sedition in the past decade has been that of democrats and the deep state.

Lets be perfectly clear – what has been KNOWN for some time, and what is reiterated by Durham is that President Obam, Vice President Biden, Comey, parts of the Obama cabinet, parts of DOJ, FBI, CIA. Plotted to disempower and if possible remove a legitimately electied president.

The plotted to use the power of government to thwart that government based on Fraud, HOAX’s Lies – that the KNEW were lies.

That is actually sedition – not the constitutionally protected conduct or the lunatic proud boys.

Not only is that all very serious CRIMINAL conduct.

But it is reprehensible and it is why YOU should not be trusted – regarding anything.

Those who would use Fraud, Lies and HOAX to stage a coup – should not be trusted when they say the 2020 election was lawful and free of fraud.
They should not be trusted when they say they did not collude with foreign govenrments,
They should not be trusted when they claim others engaged in insurrection.
They should not be trusted with power of any kind.
They should not be trusted. about anything they say, or anything they do.

    5. Gigi. the only political campaign that got help from Russians in 2016 – was Clinton’s.

And NO Mueller did not prove anything there. He did not even make actual claims. He made insinuations.

Regardless, you do not seem to get that Mueller is one of the conspirators is one the seditious Coup.

There was no basis for Crossfire Huricane FROM THE START.

That means the entire investigation from the start was unconstitutional.
The investigation itself was an abuse of govenrment power. It was a crime, and it was part of a seditious conspiracy.

The Mueller report – not only does not prove what you claim – it is itself part of a seditious conspiracy.

For most of use the Durham report is a yawn.

But for YOU it establishs that the Alex Jones types, the conspiracy theorists the tin foil hat right wing nuts were …..

      RIGHT

Your “hero’s” criminally and unconstitutionally conspired and plotted to overthrow a legitimate government.

That is ACTUAL sedition. And it was done by those at the highest level of government.

Your heros are ruthless, dispicable authoritarians who will do anything to gain and hold power.

If they will use a HOAX to unconstitutionally and illegally try to overthrow a govenrmnt
Why should anyone beleive they would not rig and election ?

And why should anyone beleive ANYTHNG – they or you say ?

    6. Constitutionally the people who work in the executive branch of the US Government work for the PRESIDENT – not “the people”.
They are answerable to the PRESIDENT, as well as to Congress and the Judiciary.

They are not answerable to anyone else.

They swear an oath to uphold the constitution. The constitution vests all executive powers in THE PRESIDENT.

If you are an employee of the executive branch of the US govenrment – whether under Trump or Biden and you beleive the president is acting outside the law, or constitution. You can report that publicly, you can report that to an IG, you can report that to members of congress.
You can resign. But you can not ignore the directives of the president. You must follow them or you must quit.

Your idiocy derives from the left wing nonsense that somehow a job is a RIGHT – it is not.

None of us – not the janitor, not Elon Musk are entitled to be paid because we have worked, or even because we have produced value.

We are paid. We keep our jobs, because those who pay us value what we have produced.
      That is the ONLY reason.

The difference between presidents and IRS staffers, Between Musk and Twitter employees, is that The staff of the federal govenrment must produce what the president directs. It is the president that is answerable to voters, to the courts, and to congress – not the staffer.
The twitter employee is answerable to Musk – not the press, not social media users. While Musk is answerable to the markets.

No one has a right to be president, or IRS agent, a multi-billionaire or a social media staffer. All are answerable to someone else.

All of use must produce value that those who pay us want.

    7. “proven by Mueller and by a Republican Senate Committee” – and thats about as unbiased and factual as you can get!

  13. If Obama had executed a coup d’etat against the King of England two or three centuries ago, he would have been Drawn and Quartered.

    1. Nicholas Grossman:
“Can’t illustrate the “post-truth moment”—rejecting truth itself in favor of lurid fantasies—better than declaring people should go to jail based on a report from someone will full prosecutorial powers who had such a weak case he brought few charges and lost in court when he did.”

      1. Ah, yes, to justify crime in the interest of the collective; that is the communist methodology. The American Founders addressed General Secretary and Dear Leader, Nicholas Grossman, with “a terrible resolve” before Nicholas Grossman’s beloved Communist Manifesto was published. Whatever will happen when actual Americans awaken? Perhaps they are permanently asleep forever.

  15. You can tell the guilty parties in the media by the “dogs that don’t bark”. A true reporter would be outraged at the report. Some are suspiciously quiet.

  16. Day after day after day it’s the same damn story, corruption emanating from the Swamp. So many examples it’s hard to fathom where this insanity started and how in the world to get this cancer out of the Republic.
