First Suspect Charged In Brutal Baltimore Attack

One of the alleged culprits from the brutal attack on a tourist in Baltimore has turned himself into police. His name is Aaron Parsons, 20, and he was identified on social media posts over the past week. He is now charged with assault, robbery and other crimes. [Update: Bail has been reduced]

Police say that they are seeking three other individuals below. Just as I was previously confused how the Chief of Police could rule out a racial motivation for the crime, I do not see how only four people are suspects of criminality based on the video. However, once the first suspect is found in a case like this, it generally only becomes a matter of time given the clear shots of the suspects below. Ironically, the “fun” video taken by the laughing crowd will prove their undoing. Notably, the two people who took the videos (rather than call police) will not apparently be named or arrested.
