Good Night, Mumbai: Air India Pilots Accused of Sleeping in Cockpit and Overshooting Mumbai

The pilots on an Air India flight from Jaipur to Mumbai feel allegedly fell asleep in the cockpit and overshot Mumbai. The pilots were halfway to Goa when they were finally roused by air traffic personnel.

It appears that the pilots dozed off some after leaving Jaipur with 100 passengers. Air traffic personnel had to activate the loud SELCAL buzzer to wake the pilots.

Since I represent pilots over 60 who are fighting to fly, I want only note that both pilots were young little aviators. Ah, the perils of youth.
