Bryant Gerley Munoz, 19, is far from the ideal criminal defense client. Munoz was in court for a drug charge in Houston, Texas when he decided to take pictures up the skirt of a legal assistant — in front of a deputy sheriff.
To make this all the more difficult from a criminal defense perspective, the officer is visible in the pictures, which can now be used as evidence in his new charges. He faces two years in jail on the crime.
Most criminal defense lawyers do not feel the necessity of asking their clients to refrain from committing crimes in the courthouse.
