New York Man Saved By Uncollected Trash

This is a true New York story. A suicidal 26-year-old man was saved from a jump from the ninth floor of an apartment building by a pile of uncollected trash.

The man landed on the trash, which went uncollected during the recent blizzard.

This could present an interesting defense for supervisors recently accused of buying beer and getting drunk during the storm. Their actions may have actually saved a life. If the streets had been plowed, the garbage would have been collected. If the garbage would have been collected, this man would have died. Thanks fellas.
