Edgar McLellan, 57, was charged with trespassing and felony vandalism but it is the act of trespass that will make him something of a standout in the cellblock.

McLellan is charged with tearing down a neighbor’s home with his backhoe after a feud with John Hidgon. Hidgon himself was arrested for reckless endangerment just hours earlier after he allegedly fired a gun in the woods at suspected burglars. John told deputies he believed the camo-clad men were employees working for McClellan.

Hidgon’s family has to live in a camper since the house is no longer habitable.
