Can You Guess What This Person Was Charged With?

Few people can claim to have gone to pick up a family member in jail only to jailed themselves. Appropriately enough, his name is Rex Crooks, 52.

When Crooks showed up to pick up his family member on Sunday only to learn that his would not be released until Monday. However, the police suspected that he was drunk and had him take a sobriety test. He blew a 0.31 — roughly four times the legal limit. He was immediately arrested and charged with aggravated DWI.

Worse yet, this was Crooks’ second aggravated DWI charge of October. On Oct. 2, Crooks was stopped for speeding at 7 a.m., while taking his son to the work release program at the Livingston County Jail. A Breathalyzer test found his BAC was 0.19 percent and was charged with aggravated DWI.
