Andres Arias, 36, was sentenced to two years in prison and ordered to pay $22,000 in restitution for his role in a theft ring that stole the hair growth product Rogaine and other over-the-counter drugs. The ring also targeted weight loss drugs for those people who are both hair and weight challenged.
Here is my question. Did Arias join the ring because of its unique focus or did the ring look for a guy who would fit the model of someone asking about Rogaine and its location?
