The Florida woman was stopped after being reported for swerving and almost hitting four nearby cars according to WPEC. To make matters worse, she unrestrained 3-year-old in the backseat. She then flunked a sobriety test and blew a .200. The legal blood alcohol level limit in Florida is .08.
If that was not enough, Lerma launched into a verbal tirade and began kicking the backseat of the cruiser. “I will kill you!”
