Before kickoff, Tornetta, of North Wales, Pa., scuffled with a mounted state trooper in the Lincoln Financial Field parking lot. According to Philadelphia Police spokesman Jeff Chrusch, Tornetta was arrested around 3:15 p.m. and was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, and related charges.
