Turkeys Take Over Holiday (NJ) Along Toms River

It is something out of a Hitchcock film. Just weeks before Thanksgiving, wild turkeys have taken over a town called Holiday in New Jersey β€” terrorizing the citizens along the appropriately named Toms River.

Some 60 wild turkeys have been charging people trying to get to their cars and even breaking windows.

The wild turkeys can weigh up to 24 pounds and run up to 20 miles per hour.

Some 46 million turkeys will be eaten on Thanksgiving. Another 22 million will go at Christmas and, surprisingly, 19 million turkeys are eaten at Easter.

Holiday N.J. is a chilling glimpse into the future if we did not hold the line in these holidays. Our Turkey overlords are just waiting to gain the necessary numbers to turn this country into a Fowlocracy.
