Fraud Fetish: Lawyers Accused of Duping Fetish Club Members With Help of Dominatrix

Lawyer and Former Suffolk County legislator George Guldi, 57, is accused in a bizarre fraudulent conspiracy. With the help of a famous dominatrix and two other lawyers, the Long Island attorney is accused of a 450 million mortgage scam.
The alleged fraud involved straw buyers and excessive mortgages.
Another lawyer, Ethan Ellner, 49, is accused of creating fake titles to homes that claimed that they were free and clear of debt and mortgages. It appears that the fetish club offered beatings and bonuses. They allegedly then paid people from the club $5000 to $10,0000 to overstate their income and to pretend to be wealthy bidders on East End Homes in order to get banks to loan more money on the homes than they were worth.
Another attorney, Dustin Dente, 37, is accused of participating in some real estate closings.
The most famous member of the alleged conspiracy with the lawyers is Carrie Coakley, 38, and her husband, Donald MacPherson, 65. She was featured in the 1998 movie Whipped where documentary filmmakers Iana Porter and Sasha Waters look at the world of the sadomasochism business. MacPherson is the publisher of the SoHo Journal. They allegedly recruited the straw buyers from her customers at Arena Studios, a sexual fetish business. carrie
