Not to defend cheating husbands, but shouldn’t there be a statute of limitations on such marital matters?
In this case, the husband suffered several broken ribs, a shattered pelvis and a fractured wrist. The wife’s own diary is key evidence, particularly such unambiguous entries as “I beat him again.” She also describes chasing him with a knife with the additional comment: “I told him it would be worth going to jail just to watch him bleed to death.” She clearly took that “till death do us part” a bit too literally.
